Established in 2010.

During her over 23 years as a trainer/​consultant, Lynette Conway has learned to identify problems common to the dental & medical practices and to provide lasting solutions. She has coached in over 450 dental and medical practices coast-​to-​coast in the US and Canada.

Her deep experience allows her to quickly turn the most skeptical staff into confident customer service providers. Suddenly, offices that have stagnated for years find themselves invigorated by Lynette’s innovative methods; stress goes down and efficiency goes up.
