I don’t know why there are negative reviews of this apartment complex. My husband and I have been here since Nov of 2015. The company that took over the property has really tried to renovate the buildings and make them much nicer than what it once was. The buildings are very well insulated so electricity isn’t expensive, which is a huge plus. Rent is reasonable with water included, the neighborhood is safe and friendly; kids are always playing outside and around the pool, which is great for families with kids. Honestly, this place is awesome compared to the other places we looked at in Athens. It was the better option as far as price and location, as long as they don’t increase the rent on us if we renew our lease in advance, then I have no complaints about this place.

I went to look at an apt and the staff were incredibly nice. I liked the apt and after thinking about it, I decided to fill out an application. I emailed the leasing office twice. And I called twice and left two voice messages. They never answered the emails or the phone calls. So, I thought to myself, if this is how they neglect a potential new resident… then is this how I might expect to be treated as an actual resident? Unfortunately, even though I liked the apt, I am going to be looking for some other place to live. I’m calling their bluff…

This place puts such a bad taste in my mouth. Worst living experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment complex. Staff is rude, uncaring, and allows the place to look like crap. Very unprofessional and many false promises. Would not recommend to anyone!
