I was in desperate need for high and low lights. My girl, (a family friend), was unavailable. I called and got Moriah on the phone. It just so happened her appointment didn’t show up and I got the spot. Anyone that knows me knows I am very particular about my hair, but was in desperate need at the time. I sat and talked with her and was extremely comfortable. I was never pressured to buy anything extra. When it was done and over with, not only did I LOVE the color, but I booked my appointment for six weeks later. It was a GREAT experience with GREAT color and IMPECCABLE service!!! I would highly recommend Moriah to anyone looking for high and low lights!!! I am truly excited to see what the future holds. She may just turn out to be my «go-​to» girl!!! I enjoyed every minute and am very glad it worked out the way it did!

35+ people in line and just two cashiers. I asked the store manager if there were any other cashiers available and she replied no. Then headed to the employee’s room. Didn’t even think to actually open a register and help out. Poor example of a manager.

Customers at this establishment regularly leave their dogs baking in cars in the sweltering Georgia sun out in the parking lot. When this is noticed, the store refuses to make announcements on their PA to customers. This puts dogs at risk of death. As to the class and quality of the person you will meet here, I leave that for you to figure out :-)

I love Ulta stores and am happy this one finally opened in Athens, GA. They are clean and well stocked. Wonderful rewards points program, I’m always getting great coupons emailed to me and special discounts throughout the year. They also have a brow-​bar and a hair salon inside. Just made an appointment for a color and cut next week. Will update afterwards.
