History

Established in 1999.

Williams & Associates began with the idea of establishing an all-​encompassing design firm in the northeast Georgia area to serve the growing communities. The firm has grown from a one-​person operation into a diverse company of talented civil and traffic engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, planners, and support staff. The diversity has enabled us to realize our original goal while providing our clients with a superior level of service. Since its inception in 1999, the firm has provided the highest quality product at a reasonable cost and ensures that clients are treated with honesty and respect at all times. We take great pride in providing sound advice that may prevent either a potentially disastrous investment or promote a prosperous financial return. Business Owner

Jon Williams, President of Williams & Associates, is an experienced practitioner in all aspects of site design ranging from preliminary design, civil engineering, project management, and construction management. Mr. Williams has worked in the northeast Georgia area for over thirteen years on numerous types of projects including commercial, office, recreational, residential, multi-​family and mixed-​use developments; as well as numerous public projects. Mr. Williams is responsible for team coordination on all projects within the firm. He works diligently to provide every client with the highest possible degree of customer service as well as to meet and exceed the client’s needs on each individual project. Acutely aware of the economic implications of each project, Mr. Williams strives to complete every project on time and within budget.
