I usually have good food and service but today I am greatly disappointed. I can not say that the young lady was purposly being rude to me, but she has no customer service skills. I was critized twice now for not asking for the ricotta cheese before the Maranara sauce. The she disappears to take pizza out of the oven for someone. Which was fine until i was served my pizza which was left in the oven too long. the crust was charcoled black. The gentleman putting the rest of my toppings on the pizza half way did it. Very un even. Still, thats okay. My point here is if you want a fast pizza made with your choice of ingredients, your pie is good. Not Great!
The customer service is terrible. Poor management! I wont be going back.

Alex from the downtown location was visiting the east side location tonight and provided us with exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by all staff. The food and service was perfect. Alex was kind enough to come back to our table multiple times and check on us. We loved our time here!

This is a hidden Gem!
A pizza any toppings just $ 7.99 the pizza I had was excellent!
I have Allergies and she worked around them. the pizza was ready in just a minutes. They have an outdoor deck too
I wish there was one in Johns Creek, Ga.
I came to Athens to take our dog to the UGA emergency Vet Clinic. this is very close to their new location.
I got confused at all the reserved parking signs but it turns out that is reserved parking for them.

Pretty good individual pizzas for the price. You can choose specific toppings and they cook your pizza on the spot. I do wish the dough was thicker, but that is my personal preference though. I usually eat half of the pizza and save the other half for lunch the next day.
This is petty, but why is there a tip line on the receipt? Maybe I’m just cheap and don’t see the point to tip when I do everything that a tip would usually deserve.

This place is awesome. I have ordered takeout at least 4 times from this Eastside location. The staff is always friendly, the orders are always made correctly, and the food is consistently piping hot and delicious. I personally love the build –your –own option. Being a vegetarian who also does not like cheese, their vegan cheese option is such a treat. You can also add in as many topics as you would like for free (your standard and not so standard assortment of fresh veggies), but premium toppings are an additional charge. They also have sorbet, ice cream, and one of those awesome, new soda machines.
