A colleague and I were in the ATL on business and decided to have a little fun while we were in town and opted for a Braves game. Being the YOLO advocate that I am, we opted for seats 3 rows behind the Braves dugout, and lo an behold, these seats came with 755 Club access. A nice add-on at no cost, but I wouldn’t pay extra for this experience in the future. Pros: Clean, air-conditioned, and lots of seating. Given that the Georgia summers get stupid hot, this was a nice perk. There were lots of TVs inside, and great views of the field outside. Awesome views of the field, outfield in(towards home plate). Cons: Table service was incredibly slow, not only to get seated, but also to order, get drinks/food, and to get and pay the bill. Thankfully, we were not in a hurry, but frustrating none the less. Also, and this is somewhat to be expected given the venue, everything was overpriced. While I expected a slight upcharge, the quality of food was lacking(even by ballpark standards). Like most things, there is a time and a place for everything, the 755 Club included. This is a nice oasis for a peak-of-summer game to cool down with a nice beverage, or plush way to take-in pre-game BP, but that’s about it. The food options outside the club are just as good and not as expensive.

Experience was a total disaster –from seating to finding out this morning that I was double charged for the entire order that was mediocre at best. The manager was called over due to billing issues and even he(Chris) was not invested enough to make sure that my issues were handled correctly. I hate to blame the waitress for the bad experience because too many things went wrong for one person to be solely responsible. For example, I ordered a 755 burger with no cheese for my son. When it was brought to the table, the waitstaff announced that it was a burger, no cheese. Only a person who has never seen cheese could miss the fact the both patties of the burger were smothered in melted cheddar cheese. What? My spouse ordered a draft beer in a souvenir cup(directly off the menu) and had to ask for it after 15 minutes had elapsed. The waitress returned with a bottled beer and informed him that he would have to pay an additional $ 4 to get that beer in a cup. He had to show it to her on the menu in oder to get the beer he wanted. Of course we were charged for both the draft beer and the bottled beer even though he didn’t actually received the two beers. He was also charged twice for the entrée that he had to order twice to get once. And oddly enough, they weren’t even the same price both times. McDonald’s service is better than this on their worst day, at a fraction of the price – even before being billed twice for it. And honestly, the food quality is about the same. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ruined my son’s first baseball game experience. I just look forward to my credit card company resolving the double charge so that I can put this farce behind me.

Gluten free folks rejoice. Although this may be the last season here. At least they fixed us up for some great GF. Chef Rory is key here and totally understands proper gluten free. He came out. He spoke. We asked 136 questions. He answered. And we ended up with a gluten free, dairy free burger with a GF bun. And Kettle chips instead of cross contaminated fries. I tell you, this Chef needs a raise, he’s professional. Smiles. And is so polite. Even after 136 questions. Great job whoever hired this guy.

About what you’d expect. I had to complain about the service. Too slow. Food was… eh… $ 40 for a burger and 2 beers. Servers are very nice and well meaning

The people were so nice, but we waited over 30 minutes for our server to even come attend us and bring water. Then, the food was another 15 minute wait. I had ordered the pimento cheese burger with friend green tomatoes. The burger itself was burnt, dry and flavorless. The only good part were the fries. My partner ordered the all you can pile on your plate option, and they were the most disgusting options possible. Everything was greasy and flavorless. My suggestion would be to eat at the food options on the ground level. Their food at least smelled good.

Cant see the field if further than 5 feet from edge. But best place to drink over-priced drinks and watch the game on tv and say you were at the game.

I love eating here despite the pretty awful food and sky high prices. It’s worth the price for the great atmosphere of the ballpark and opportunity to watch half the match at a dinner table instead of cramped seats. Unfortunately, don’t have too high of expectations. Service is hit or miss. Food is consistently sub-par. Prices are consistently high. However, I will be back. Last time I was here, I ordered the ice cream sandwich. It was served to me half melted. Yea, our waiter was pretty awful.

What a bad experience. Same menu as the rest of the stadium(hot dogs, burgers) but at $ 20. Service was horrible, but since they add 18% gratuity, why would you try. Skip the 755 club!

Being a big BRAVES fan I was sooo excited to be there!!! The food is ok, but we are talking about Ballpark Food. So you must go into it with that mind set. The service was excellent, but again it’s a ballpark. The overall experience is GREAT. If u love BB and the Braves, Go Get Some!!!

Like other reviewers, I agree that the food could not be worse. Nearly $ 20 for a couple cold, rubbery chicken strips. The wait staff were pleasant, and the view was great, just save your appetite for somewhere else.

TRUTHBETOLD… My review is solely based on the manager Kaye’s professional response. I was extremely impressed by how she handled the issue at hand and also made us feel valued and appreciated. That type of treatment is why you pay extra for the 755 Club.

The food is cray cray expensive. But the view is nice. And it is nice to get out of the Atlanta heat every once in a while while at the game. GOBRAVES!

3 stars for the people that work there and an amazing way to watch the game while you eat your food. Now the food here well definitely not worth the money. and the you can have the table for 90 mins and then you have to go back to your seats, we got here in the middle of the 3rd-4th inn, so watched most of the game from here. i got the pulled pork sandwich and peach cobbler. pulled pork was good, peach cobbler not so much. you could tell the peaches were canned and tasted like it, for the price i am paying i don’t want no canned peaches. The Blast of AC when we were inside was greatly appreciated esp on a hot summer day. Love the first time experience but wouldn’t do the 755 club again.

I went to watch the Braves play with a bunch of people from work. I’m born and raised in Atlanta and I’ve always loved going to watch them play whether its nosebleed seats, right behind the catcher, or from the Chophouse(which is probably my favorite spot). This is my first encounter with the 755 club and to be completely forthcoming, it wasn’t all that. I enjoy baseball because of the crappy seats and peanut shells all over the place, huge beers that get warm before you finish them for $ 9.50 Each. Hot dogs that aren’t good, frozen lemonade that makes your tongue hurt and the very high possibility of getting rained on. That’s a braves game. However, I can’t say it wasn’t nice. The facility is pretty, very extensive viewing. Plenty of bars inside, bathrooms around every corner. A smoking section outside a back side door, and the shelter from the elements. But the food and drinks were a little steeper and tasted the same. Nothing overly special to entice you, especially not the rude lady that kept walking by and snapping at us for something or another. I accidentally dropped my drink which had about an inch of liquid left in it and as I grabbed some napkins to clean it up a bit I was berated for being clumsy by an old woman in a 755 shirt — then she suggested I find a seat if I was going to drink so much… I get it– if you’re hammered, you gotta go. But this was my first drink. A frozen something that wasn’t very strong at all from the bar. I didn’t make a huge mess-AND I tried to help wipe up the very small bit on the floor. My bad guys! I think I’m just not cut out for the 755 club. I prefer the Chophouse where the bartenders are kick ass, the view is nice, and I can be as loud as I want. I left the Club and stayed here the rest of the game. On a side note, once at the Chophouse– I had a girl fall into our table & spill my sticky sweet drink(this time not my bad!) all over the table… which is metal. lots of holes… which then went all over me. The bartender was cool, threw me a towel and some water to rinse my bare legs off with, and even gave me a brand new margarita on the house after seeing the incident. Righteous.

The AC is a plus during hot & humid game days, but the prices for the food are outrageous! Food is decent, but not enough to fill you up. FOOD: I got the portabella mushroom sandwich with onion, tomato, and lettuce with a side of fries. Talk about a small sandwich. I think I ate it in 4 bites but the fries were crinkly and plentiful. For a $ 15 meal, I would’ve hoped have been half filled… but I wasn’t. I know this place is not for the food but mainly for baseball.

I had a gourmet hot dog that was the size of Pinocchio’s nose after Kathleen Turner asked him if she looks fat in those jeans. You could imagine my relief when this foot long hot dog was covered in potato chips, because I was afraid that 12 inches of pig mystery meat might be a little too healthy for the olé system. After working through the salty and crunchy chips I embarked on the dog. All beef, bun didn’t fall apart(and for $ 14 I would hope it wouldn’t) and all in all, a perfect dog for being at a ballpark and not watching a second of the game. The area is nice to be at a game without wanting to watch the game, but since we did we left and went to our seats and enjoyed ourselves. To Recap: The Good: It was the nicest experience for a meal I have ever had at a ballpark. The Bad: It was the nicest experience for a meal I have ever had at a ballpark. For someone that grew up going to the old Tiger stadium and roasting in the bleachers at Wrigley it just was too nice. I am glad I checked it out, but next time I’m seating in the cheap seats, where I belong. The Band This Restaurant Most Resembles: Fastball. Some times this stuff just writes itself.
