Lenox Nails is in a great location and service. I get a pedicure each month and all technicians provide a quality pedicure. Try it… you won’t be disappointed.

I feel like I keep giving this place a chance over and over and over again but the last time I went will be my last. It’s not worth it anymore… They don’t have good anything and they did a TERRIBLE job with my gel polish. Do not go here! Also they will tell you one thing and the first visit and something else at the second, basically prices will vary according to their mood that day!

Love this salon, I travel to Atlanta every two months and try to stop in when I’m in town. Had a great manicure and polish change on my toes, thank you Sunny for a great visit.

BEWARE, this nail salon will not order the coupon posted on here. But of course they didn’t tell me until they were done and the manager is conveniently «not in.» First and LAST time coming. I will be calling back looking for the manager as well,

Great little place in a tucked away plaza. They did an excellent job on my gel manicure. They were friendly and seem like a group of people that enjoy working together. Everyone in there seemed like a regular and I felt right at home. Price was where I wanted it to be too. The bakery across the parking lot has great coffee too.

This time also i went on Saturday but i went early & I am satisfy with the service. I always go to the same lady to get the nails done. she did the good job. Try to go to this place before their closing time so you will be satisfy with the services otherwise if you go late you will be not satisfy with the

Rude lady at the front desk. They may take walk ins but they are not «welcome.» Acted like I was inconveniencing them. This is the closest place to me but I’ll take my business a mile down the road.

Convenient pedicure place which is tremendous value, clean and customer friendly.
1) They did nice work. They did a much better job of removing my callouses than the Ritz Carlton Pedicure I had a couple of months previously. My feet ended up looking very good, the nails were super clean, smooth and well buffed.
2) Price is very fair. $ 37 for mani-​pedi for a man (i.e. no polish).
3) Salon is very clean and feels comfortable.
4) Staff were very friendly and courteous.

The Korean ladies at this nails salon are really nice and they do a good job. Pricing is on par with other places and they have a good selection of colours.

The girls & I had been rushing around all day getting ready for a night of birthday celebrating. We came here at 6:40 although they close at 6. They were still more than happy to take all 4 of us with all manis + pedis. No one seemed annoyed that they had to stay later & were pleasant the whole time. Not to mention the quality was great! Can’t wait to come back :)

I began coming here in 2012 and I will never visit another Buckhead salon. You will be pleased with this exceptionally clean salon filled with caring working professionals. I can’t decide who is my favorite because they all do such a great job!

Started going here in 2006 and immediately fell in love with Sharon. I moved away in 2008, but anytime I visit Atlanta I make it a point to return to see my old friend. We pick up right where we left off. Sharon is the best and most of the ladies are very friendly. The owner is very friendly as well. No frills but clean and personable which is important in any nail salon.

My favorite nail salon in Buckhead. It’s kinda tucked away in the shopping center, so unless you happened to know it was there you might drive right by it. The staff is always very friendly and they are very Efficient. I rarely have to wait, and if I do it’s only for a few minutes. They don’t try to nickel and dime you by trying to upselling you on every service the offer either, which is really nice. And I’m not sure why, but my gel manicure from this place last way longer than they do from other places!

WAX NIGHTMARE… I used to love this place for my nails, until I decided to try the bikini wax… The lady was clearly not trained at all. I ended up bruised, burnt and very very upset… Need I say more?

I am from out of town and found this place by Unilocal reviews and I have to say they are so right! It was one of the cleanest nail salons I have been too! There prices are great! ($ 30 for Mani/​pedi). It is not fancy but I liked that because we were able to get in and out rather fast but the services were great! I had Tammy and she is very sweet, doesn’t try to talk your head off and she did an awesome job!
I will definitely be going back and I recommend this place highly!

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in here for a fill, they were able to take me right away. I sat down in the chair, the technician was getting started when another client walked in, flustered and apologizing for being an hour late. The technician asked me to get up and wait for 45 minutes. Excuse me? I walked out.

Finally found my nail salon in Atlanta. This place is such a pleasant vacation from the standard polish change/​lost in translation assembly line. The ladies at Lenox Nail know their regulars by name, and they always extend an individualized welcome. They’re fantastic with gel polish (great work at impressive speeds), and unlike some others, they’ve never once damaged my nails in the removal/​reapplication process. The price for gel polish is industry standard, and the service is consistently excellent.
The Epic Clincher: The second time I got my nails done at Lenox, I had a pretty graceful hypoglycemic moment and started to pass out in the middle of my manicure (Wish I was kidding. Don’t touch that dial, because the story gets better). The nail tech immediately noticed… and that, fellow Unilocalers, is when Lenox Nail effing MOBILIZED. The tech quickly summoned the receptionist, who proceeded to feed me water and pieces of candy while her co-​worker grabbed my hands and ploughed through my manicure like a champ. Minutes later, the receptionist briefly disappeared and reemerged with a container of chicken noodle soup-​at-​hand (which, for all I know, might have been her lunch). Once the manicure was complete, she waited until I finished the soup and ushered me to one of the waxing rooms for a nap, where ANOTHER employee was waiting with a cold towel for my forehead. Hands-​down, most impressive, well-​executed resuscitation effort I’ve ever seen, AND I left with an immaculate manicure. That day also marks the most insane tip I’ve ever left, and I’d gladly do it again. Lenox Nail is a well-​oiled machine, and THAT, Atlanta service industry, is how it’s done. Boom.

So after reading all the reviews I decided to try this place and I felt it was a bit pricey for what you get. I got a mani-​pedi with french nail polish. It was totally not worth $ 53, $ 58 with tip.
I have had a much better pedicure for $ 30 with a mask and ex foliating scrub at another nail salon. Especially since this was not a spa pedicure and the massage was at best mediocre.
My hands weren’t even soaked in water for the manicure and I still have dead skin around my cuticle! I gave them two stars because the place was clean.
However there was no price list put up anywhere so initially I thought I was quoted $ 30 for both my mani pedi which I thought was a steal and then it was a rude shock to be told it was $ 53.
They did use some new gel product that is supposed to make the polish last longer so I will have to wait and see if there is any truth to that. Even then I will not go back.

After reading reviews here on Unilocal I decided to try this salon out. I did the $ 30 mani/​pedi, and I mentioned Unilocal and the review for an extra $ 5 off, which was very cool. They don’t have spa chairs, but on the one hand that is a good thing since it is more sanitary that way. The salon was quiet, clean, and there were no harsh fumes. They also have a large selection of good polish (OPI and Essie). My fingers and toes look great, but I do think my pedi could have been a little more thorough. Overall, a nice experience and I would definitely return.
I also noticed the signs that Angela M. mentions in her review, so when I paid I asked my nail technician if she preferred cash tips and she told me that I could add it on my card. No problems there!
