I’d rate them zero stars, but it’s not an option.
These a true scammers. I’ve called the police and they told me that they are called there all the time. They are slick, as we were told it’s a civil issue, and to resolve it, we need to go file a lawsuit at DeKalb magistrates Court.
We are going to do that, and follow up, as this is a major pain.

Do not I repeat do not fall victim to these people They take your money and do not deliver. When they deliver its crap. Do not deal with these people

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM OPERATION!!! I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle sight unseen for a friend of mine who is local in Atlanta. They assured me the car was running fine and everything checked out. After sending me a bill of sale I sent them payment. They kept stalling when the vehicle could be inspected and picked up. They finally told me 2 weeks later that the car had «mechanical problems» and that they’d refund my money. The refund check they gave me BOUNCED! They’ve been promising to refund my money for 2 months now and nothing! They’ve now stopped answering my calls. Not sure if the vehicle in question ever existed or if this is a front preying on unsuspecting customers. Complaints have been filed against them with the Georgia Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau so that other people don’t fall victim to this place. The owners are Kevin Spratley and Junior Sulaiman Mansaray. Be very careful dealing with this dealer or better yet take your business elsewhere.
