I never really leave reviews but I wanted to take a moment to do so because I feel this shop is deserving. I’m in town for work and stopped by just to check out their inventory. I was kindly greeted and never shadowed like some sales people will do. I told them right from the start I was just browsing and wasn’t in the market to buy anything. All the sales staff was very welcoming and shared stories of their races and experience. I mentioned I was considering a wetsuit down the road and Mike suggested trying a few on, not to buy, but just to get a feel for different companies so when I WAS ready I’d have a better idea. I didn’t want to waste their time since I wasn’t planning on buying one but figured since I was there, and he was offering, I should probably take the opportunity. Mike gave me all his attention for probably 1 – 2 hours while I tried them on, explaining the differences, customer reviews, how to put one on, what to avoid. He really did a great job explaining WHY he preferred one suit over another for me specifically. He made it clear different suits fit everybody differently, I even considered a more expensive suit and he explained why it really wasn’t necessary for me to spend the extra money. That’s what I look for in a salesman/​shop, somebody who will look past a profit and fit the customer to a product that suits them best. That is what makes a trustworthy shop. That is what made me feel 100% comfortable spending about $ 500 with them, and that is what will make me a returning customer.

This is the go to shop for everything tri and bike. They have the best mechanics and a crazy knowledgable staff. The shop also does a ton of community outreach and is a great sponsor to The Kyle Pease Foundation.

Came in needing help being new to the sport of triathlon. Really appreciated how supportive they were through the process and helped me understand various aspects. There were several times where there were some things that I wanted and they encourage me not to get them at this point. Just goes to show that they’re in it to help athletes not sell them a bunch of items.

Are you an athlete? Do you like to run, bike, and swim? Are you what could be called a triathlete? Me? Hell no! However I’ve been shopping here for over 6 years, and they’ve been giving me the same fantastic service that I see them giving people dropping 10k on a bike. All the staff members seem to be actual users of the products and amateur athletes themselves so they always give me tips about the best way to use a product or how something will perform under race or hard use conditions. I couldn’t give them a better recommendation if I tried.

Morgan Clark is a cool chick, and runs a great business. She’s all over the place with her running and biking adventures, and her store is heaven if you’re a serious athlete (tri, biking, running, whatever your poison!).

This place is seriously AWESOME! Definitely the best tri shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is super nice, extremely knowledgeable (from first hand experience) and the owner is a serious hottie (running buddies with my wife). If you are in need for anything bike related, running related, swimming related or just gearing up for your first 3.1, 6.2, 13.1, 26.2, MTB Race, TT, Xterra, Adventure Race, Sprint Tri, Olympic Tri, Half Ironman of Full Ironman come into this place first to make sure you have all the good stuff.
