I want them to work on being time sensitive to their guest. I’ve been blessed throughout the years to look youthful (im 24 & I look 18.#imFlawless) unfortunately looking like a teen gets me less than friendly & verrryy untimely service. Overall, I hate going here because they take all day & they high as hell. I got them to write me a prescription just so I can order my contact lenses online & not have to go back

I called to order contacts and was placed on hold immediately. After waiting for someone to come back to the phone, I hung up. I waited for more than 10min. I posted the screen shot of the phone call on Unilocal as proof. I am so disappointed.

Love this place. The insurances they accept are kinda random for this region but I paid way less here than I pay at other places when using my insurance. And lenses for children under 13 truly are free just as advertised. You only pay for their frames which does include the two pairs for $ 59 deal. Very happy with this place. And the customer service is top notch. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and appts start on time!
