Get the Apple Store app and you will love this place. Walk in, grab what you need, scan it on your phone, your Apple ID and whatever you have in there for a payment method will be charged and you walk right out. Easy pisy.
Now, if you need a person and it is slammed, forget about it. BUT, if you make an appointment, they do honor it and help you out pretty quick. I’m usually helped pretty quickly and efficiently and customer service is pretty stellar. I’ve had items fixed, replaced, and even handed a bag (if needed) when I have used the Apple Store app. This place is pretty efficient.
Now, if you come here at Christmas or when a new device comes out — all bets are off. But truly, you cannot blame the staff. They do their level best — it is usually the customers who don’t know what they need or want that cause the slow down (let’s be real). You need a ton of patience to work here and I have found that most of the staff has exactly that.
So keep it up, guys!

This store is super big and filled with employees that are ready to help you in any way they can. I think this is the only one I really go to. If a reservation isn’t available on the day I want I’ll usually wait just so I can visit this store. Soon as u walk in you are greeted by smiling faces and they ask you what you are looking for today so they can direct you to the correct area. It’s usually not to bad of a wait depending on what you are getting done. I am a cults when it comes to my apple products (iPhone/​iPad/​MacBookPro) so I have to come here once ever few months for some kinda boo boo I did. If there is a longer wait they usually walk around and offer little snacks for us which I think is pretty nice. I love the genus bar! Even if u didn’t purchase the apple product from them they still will try to address the issue you are having with your product. Overall 5 stars. Awesome location !

Walked into the Apple Store today to exchange my Mother’s Day gift and I thought it would take and hour I was in and out in 7 minutes!!! Thanks so much! I had to make it to work so I can’t believe how fast it was! You guys were amazing from the moment I walked in the door til the time I walked out! Thank you thank you thank you! So nice great customer service and you all handled me with care

The Apple Store at Lenox Square is one of the best «outposts» of this amazing company. The employees and managers care about their customers, and it’s a great place to pick up new products or get help with one you already own. It can be crowded, so it’s important to make an appointment before ahead of time if you don’t want to wait! I’ve been to this location many times and have never been disappointed. They always have new stuff and amazing help.
My favorite negative review of this location comes from Unilocaler Liz V. It’s an example of how a bitter and hateful person seems to find joy only in spreading her misanthropy to as many other people as possible. Ignore her (and her ilk) and look forward to a great experience from the people who know Apple products better than anyone else.

I wish I could remember the name of the last that helped me here. She was from NY and had the 42 gold Apple Watch. She was very knowledgeable super friendly and just an overall great employee. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Apple is lucky to have her.

Love their new screen repair services! You can easily make an appointment (if there are any available spots) via their website Genius Bar. It tells you the fee schedule for each phone.
I cracked my phone and it was in a pretty bad state. I made an appointment for Friday 11:30 am. I got here early around 10:40 and checked-​in. A service rep started to help me at 11:28. In about 10 minutes, they checked that I had a recent back-​up, my phone was checked-​in for service, and I was given a tag to return in an hour, 12:40 to pick up my phone. When I went to pick up my phone, they informed me that after changing the screen, my phone failed the calibration tests (it was not working), so they gave me a new iPhone and helped me start the set-​up process.
The cost for my iPhone 6 Plus — came to about $ 139 (after taxes).

Such a great experience! I went to this store because I had purchased an iPhone 6s 2 weeks ago at an AT&T store. After I had left AT&T and got the phone in a bright light I noticed a small but deep scratch on the screen that I hadn’t seen before because it was so hidden. When I returned and told AT&T the store was unhelpful. I ended up at this Apple store because after escalating to AT&T’s office of the president they agreed to reimburse me if I had the screen replaced.
When I went to the Apple store and told them my story, my Apple genius apologized that I had to go through all of it and informed me he would be repairing the screen for free so I didn’t have to deal with anything else.
When I picked up my phone 1.5 hours later it looked perfect. Thank you, Apple for the excellent customer experience!

I walked in with my wife to see if we can trade in a used iphone 5S to a brand new iphone 6 Plus. The guy served us was pretty effective and passionate. Also I got a new iwatch, I thought it was a good deal. Here I attached a pic.

Great store as all are for customer service and selection. I had questions about trade in and got all questions answered to my satisfaction here today. Thanks folks.

I’m always greeted by someone as I walk in the door. I usually know exactly what I want when I come in, so the person that greets me is usually the person that helps me complete my purchase. I appreciate how everyone is knowledgeable of the products, regardless of what it is I’m looking for. I always enjoy «tech talk» with these guys. This store is a definite value-​add to my Apple household.

Conversation had at the Genius Bar as my husband explains the potential problem:
My husband: «so it’s my daughter’s macbook. She plays Minecraft a lot and I think she downloads a lot of stuff related to that.»
Young male tech: «oh really? I didn’t know girls like Minecraft. How old is she?»
My husband: «she’s nine.»
Young male tech: «oh, yeah. So this year Minecraft, next year makeup, huh? Hahaha»
WTF??? Yes, girls and women also like science, tech, math and gaming. How is this still a thing? BTW, she also likes lipgloss and nail polish. These things are not mutually exclusive.
Now I have to sit here quietly cause I can’t trust myself to respond calmly. Woosah.

I’m an Apple product fanatic. May have something to do with the fact that I’m a designer as well but anywho. Great service through and through. I’ve never experienced anything less than the best with them. Everyone smiles! And when i visited yesterday to have my phone serviced I entered multiple time to reserve an appointment, pick up and drop off my iphone 6s. And out of all the hundreds of people who passed through that store yesterday, they remembered my face and name. When you go into an Apple Store, especially during a crowded weekend you could easily get lost, but that wasn’t the case. I was promptly helped at every checkpoint. The reservation system is also great because you can set the appointment (walk-​in) and get a text when it’s close to the time to be seen and when they are ready for you. You can save yourself lots of time if you set an appointment ahead of time though. Do it as early as possible because slots fill quickly, especially on the weekend. I came into Lenox at about 2:30, received notification of an open slot at 5 and had my phone back by 6:45. But that was my fault. But it was one of those cases where I happened to be in the area and decided to get my phone serviced. So no loss. I looked around, ate and left the mall and came back and my phone was ready. Completely satisfied.
But I can’t stress how important it is to make an appointment!

I had a problem with my Macbook Pro. I had bought it used a couple of months before, so I was unsure if I could get it fixed by Apple. Reluctantly I took it to the Apple Store in Lenox Square, expecting to be brushed aside in favor of more modern clients.
I am happy to report that my dread was misplaced. The staff was extremely helpful and listened as I explained my problem. They promised a quick turnaround for my service, and sure enough it was back exactly when they promised. I will definitely be returning soon, hopefully to purchase some accessories. :)
Recommended to any Apple gearheads out there, or even to the casual user. Busy store, but for very good reason.

Thank god the apple product is better than the apple customer service in this store.
I ordered 2. yes 2 new iPad Pro ipads online for pickup later in the day at Lenox apple store. Upon arrival I was greeted at the door, I told the guy what I was there for and he pointed to a corner and asked me to stay there and someone would be there shortly to help me. A few minutes later a little girl walks up and asks if she can help me. I give her the order number and she types it into her handheld device and just stands there. Doesnt tell me what we are waiting on or anything. So I asked what was up. She said … Oh we are waiting on them to bring your products out. I said ok and asked her what accessories were available for the pro. She walks me over to a wall and says «here is what we have but we are out of a lot of stuff» and then turns her back on me. I found some keyboards I was interested in and had a technical question. She had no clue and told me that I could open the box to look if I wanted. Just seemed very uninterested. I had my old iPad with me and asked her how to transfer everything over. She told me open the ipad, turn it on and follow the instructions but that it was pretty much self explanatory.
My ipads come out and she shuffles me out the door. No offer to help with transferring info or purchasing accessories.
I felt kind of used to be honest. I dont know that I will do any business inside the store anymore.

This is my go to Apple Store. I bought Bose and beats headphones from here. They don’t have a complete selection of headphones like online on the Bose site.
People working here are very friendly.
I have used their Genius Bar service twice. Once when my husband had a broken screen on his iPhone and second time when my Mac had spinning beach ball of death. Both times our issues were resolved quickly. It’s hard to get an appointment on weekends (just like any other Apple Store). It’s better to visit this store on weekdays.

The Lenox Square Apple Store is pretty great! About 80−90% of the employees are helpful, and even though they’re usually pretty packed out and busy, they work efficiently and help you eagerly. The Apple Store it self looks very nice, and has the classic modern Apple look to it. I usually go here to purchase new Apple products, and they’re usually in stock and readily available. Also be sure to make a reservation if you can before going, it’s packed out and can be a wait if your trying to get help without one. Although bulkhead and Lenox traffic is a mess, I wish there was an Apple Store located closer to downtown Atlanta, but this is still a wonderful Apple Store, and the one closest to the heart of Atlanta. Overall, it’s a really great Apple Store, not much different from the rest of them. It’s efficient and streamlined, and that’s what matters.

This Apple Store has pretty poor service. I have been here quite a bit in the past few weeks and so I have a lot of thoughts —
1.) Purchasing — They should want you to buy things. I feel like they should streamline the process at the Apple Store. When I went in to buy a new laptop it took almost an hour even though I went in knowing the exact model I wanted and was willing to set it up myself. I had to wait for one of their reps to come over and talk to me about it and throw in their 2 cents. It was annoying. I didn’t need that experience to be that long
2.) Repairs — I bought a new computer. Within 3 weeks it broke (the keyboard stopped working) I took it in to the «genius bar» which a.) was SO hard to get an appointment with b.) had some really unfriendly geniuses working at it who were unwilling to keep me informed on what exactly they thought was the problem with my machine. In the process of fixing my laptop I was informed after 2 hours that they had «opened it up» and «actually broke the display» in addition to the already defective keyboard. This is all not even mentioning the crazy long lines to check in and the long waits sitting at the tables waiting for the geniuses to have time for me.
3.) Pick-​Ups — More check ins, more lines, rinse and repeat.
This particular apple store needs to make their managers more visible. Their check-​in lines more purposeful and actually work on improving their customer service. Apple frequently just rests on the desirability of their product and gets away with horrific stores.

Customer service here is always top notch.
This store is always packed, but they always have more than enough product to test.
I am a true apple fan! I must visit this store each and every time I come to this mall.
Overall I am biased but apple is on top of the game.

This store does not live up to Apple’s standards. Service is lousy. Employees don’t care.
Several stories here:
1) Came in to swap out a broken phone. Paid the money, got the replacement. They said they wanted me to connect the phone to iCloud to check the replacement was working properly. The phone wouldn’t connect, the «genius» had no idea why. Then he swapped the phone for a second one. Same thing happened and he sent me off having wasted an hour of my time on a problem he couldn’t solve. The Northpoint Mall store solved it in 5 minutes.
2) Came in and wanted to try on an apple watch. Didn’t have an appointment but noticed the guy had just finished with his previous customer and was standing around. I asked if he could show me a leather loop watch. He said I had to make an appointment. Then he continued to stand around for another 15 minutes with no customers (no shows). So after watching him doing nothing for 15 minutes and still not serving me I walked out. In contrast the Northpoint store hustles extra try ons in between appointments if they have time.

I have only ever owned Apples for my home. My professional life has had me work on both PCs and Apples, and I maintain I’d just rather have the headache-​free computer for my home.
Well, my trusty, headache-​free computer briefly fritzed the other day. Display issues. Yes, a headache, but the only one I’ve had in the six years I’ve owned this machine. So I made and appointment and took it the Apple store at Lenox, who confirmed my diagnosis that the MBPro needed a new logic board. The price to have it shipped off and fixed seemed reasonable, considering how much the logic board itself costs, but these guys did a lot more than they had promised. They had replaced the logic board, the entire upper display (the whole upper half of the shell), and the battery – all for the same cost.
The only inconvenient down-​side is: they wiped my hard-​drive. I’m not sure if the OS is now the latest one or not, as I have to set up the machine from scratch. And I won’t have time to do that until I get home this evening. Still, if it’s the new OS, maybe that’s not such a bad thing. Update: it wasn’t the new OS. :-(
BTW: do your backups early and often. I do mine daily. Holler if you need help setting up yours.
