Atlanta Taxi Cab Service

Have been calling for 2 days, nobody answers. Left a message online on their webpage but never got a response. Is this company still in operation, or just rude? Could they at least say «sorry, we are too busy» so I don’t waste my time?

I was wondering if what everyone was saying about these guys could be true and let me tell you it is. Right on time, friendly and very professional. I travel often for work and they will definitely be my ride of choice. Super clean vehicle and a very comfortable ride to the airport.

I called trying to get a simple taxi ride a few blocks through midtown — not a remote location. The guy who answered quickly says, «No service to your location!» and hangs up on me. Prick. Your company sucks.

Andrea is lying. She doesn’t even know who I am because their representative never spoke to me beyond this: «NO. We have no car for your area [BAM — HUNG-​UP ON]»
That was their «respectful» service to me. Their response is a lie, and they are full of sh*t. There was no explanation. Sorry, you still suck.

First off, check out their filtered reviews! They are all really valid and I’m confused as to why they are hidden off of their main page.
I am so happy I chose this cab company. I called around to a few companies the night before my early morning flight and was told by them all I had to call 1.5 hours before I wanted to leave at 6:30am for the airport. That meant calling at 5am, and I sure as hell would not be up that early! When I called Atlanta Taxi Cab Service, I was happy to find out I could make a reservation and then not have to think at all the next morning to make a phone call when my brain surely would not be functional.
The driver arrived exactly on time in the morning and was professional and courteous. Carried my very heavy suitcases for me. He didn’t talk on the phone nor slam on the breaks at any part of the ride. It was such a cozy, peaceful ride in the Town Car that I didn’t want to get out and deal with the airport rush! He said upon return if I need a ride I could text (no need to call!) and say my flight # and door # that I would be at. They would track my flight for me to make sure they are there to pick up at the curbside at the right time. Now that’s service! It is about $ 10 more than you would pay for a yellow cab but you’re paying for peace of mind AND the rate includes the tip! No need to worry about calculating the tip and taxes and service charges and all that. I paid a flat rate of $ 55 from Edgewood. Makes flying a tad more enjoyable.

I enjoyed my ride to the airport. Yes I got the upgrade. The car was super clean and comfortable. I got their in less time than quoted. The driver Andreas was friendly and conversational. Next time I return to Atlanta, I will definitely call him.
