I eat here almost everyday. Great food! Chicken Brunswick stew is my favorite menu item. Large selection of sides and veggies. Great specials! Friendly personal service! Ana is my favorite server

I eat here at least once a week. The chicken is excellent, fried or roasted. The staff is always super friendly, and I can usually get in and out pretty quickly. I love it. The royale is an amazing chicken biscuit for lunch. The new chicken po boy is really good. I miss the old southern fried chicken sandwich, but this is a pretty solid replacement. And if you get fries, make sure to get some creole mayo to go with it. It’s my favorite dipping sauce. Normally, when I get down there, Ana is the server. She’s always very welcoming and attentive. And I frequently see Jeff(the manager) walking around checking on things. I’ve always found it nice to see managers walking around, delivering food and being involved. If you’ve never been, go. You’ll be happy you did.

I’ve dined at Bantam + Biddy countless times over the past year and had nothing but impeccable, personal service and delicious meals. Ana, Jeff, Emily, and crew have been excellent and contributed largely towards creating a «neighborhood establishment» feel, a rare feat considering their location in a shopping mall. Sit at the bar, order up something tasty, and get to know the people that make Bantam + Biddy special. I strongly suggest the stew and a dose of spinach.

Do not come here if you enjoy friendly, professional, quick or attentive service. You will not receive this from any of the many employees here shuffling around but not really working. I usually frequent the location on crescent where the service is consistent and good. The food is good but not worth the crappy experience. Even for the mall.

Definitely my favorite place to come for lunch! I take my lunch breaks here and am usually serviced by Anna who always gives the best service! She’s so personable and always makes my experience fantastic! Brandon’s great as well! They always make me want to come back! The chicken Brunswick stew is awesome, I recommend the duck fat fries and brussel sprouts as sides for sure. There’s so much on the menu that is delicious!

So mediocre. The entire staff seems checked out. Overcooked eggs, biscuits as hard as rocks, food took forever even though the restaurant was mostly empty and we just ordered eggs and grits. I keep trying different B&B locations and am continually disappointed.

High prices and terrible service for just-OK food. Was there for Sunday brunch and the place was mostly empty. It still took ten minutes for our server to make it to our table. Later it took another ten minutes just to get a glass of orange juice(which cost $ 6). Waiting for the orange juice might not have seemed so bad if our server has bothered to stop by and refill our water glasses at any point during the meal, but she was nowhere to be found. The coffee is good.

I went to Bantam + Biddy for brunch with my sister recently. The experience was less than stellar. The food was bland at best. The service was nice, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again.

I’m torn on my review of this place. After reading other Unilocalers reviews, we knew the service would be hit or miss, but hoped for the best. Given it was a saturday afternoon and they didn’t look very busy, we decided to go for it. Well, this was definitely an off day for service. Like horrible. After about 15mins, I begged a server to take our drink order. She was rude and said she wasn’t our server. Not sure who our server was, because she was the only server we even saw during this time. After she went back inside(we were on the patio), groups at other tables were telling us they were still waiting for water, had ordered their food over 30mins ago, still waiting on alcohol drinks etc. Finally after about 20mins a cook came out and said he’d take our order because he felt bad that the servers didn’t want to. I’m not even sure what that is supposed to mean, but he continued to take care of the 4 tables on the patio and no more servers came out there. Given he was the chef, this wasn’t fast service. And given this location is in Lenox Mall, I don’t know why the servers wouldn’t want to wait on people that were ordering alcohol in the afternoon, all had a bunch of bags at their tables and were clearly spending money. At any rate, we ordered a couple appetizers all at once with our round of drinks and asked for the check when he delivered the food, as we had more shopping to do and plans with my inlaws after. All the food was delicious, the drinks were too. But 1 round of drinks &2 appetizers to share took close to 90mins, at no fault of our own for these delays. The servers behavior was beyond unacceptable and I was so frustrated, I couldn’t wait to leave. Its unfortunate because the food was good and I love shopping at Lenox, but its definitely not worth the horrible service. It was obvious by the tempers of the others around us that we were not the only ones that thought this.

Thee Only reason why I wouldn’t give this place a negative 4 is because of Ana. The people at this place are soooo freaking rude it’s ridiculous. If I come to the mall and don’t see her, I will NOT stop by. The food is amazing but the service is HORRIBLE!!! Ana is the only person keeping this place afloat! Seriously. She’s sweet and attentive, a great multi tasked and personable! Whatever the hiring process is, it needs to be revamped! ASAP! Horrible just horrible. She deserves a 100 out of 10 but because this location is a hot mess!

I’ve eaten here three or four times over the last couple of months. I’ve only been for breakfast so I’ll only be reviewing those selections. My favorites to date: I’ve really enjoyed the chicken and waffles, the skillets and chilaquiles w-egg whites. Green macha tea, no foam w/skim milk and earl grey tea. Not so favorites to date: The gluten free buttermilk pancakes(very dry) and the coffee. Not a fan at all. It’s great for small or large parties, but plan to stay a while. The service is hit or miss depending on the day. Overall, I would give the restaurant a 3&1⁄2

My meal was influenced by another Unilocaler who said the cheddar waffle was the only thing to order. The waffles were good with the apple sauce definitely pasted on the old school steen’s cane syrup the management should know better it’s 2015 not 1915 nobody wants that syrup. The fried chicken tender were good nothing over special probably should have asked for grilled instead said the wife. The vanilla apple sauce was interestingly good put this on the waffle instead of that old school syrup. Wifey said the gluten free pancakes were good(for being gluten free). Eggs were delicious something was different in them. Patak bacon was greasy but delicious. The management needs to hire more server because the wait for serve was not good. Overall will come back wife wants too.

There’s only one thing to eat here… Chicken and Cheddar Waffles. The chicken is super crunchy and I like to smother it with syrup… it’s stupid good. And this is the best savory waffle I’ve had in such a long time. I’m still drooling over it. I was thrilled when I heard they had Poutine; should’ve done my research before ordering it. It comes with duck fat french fries smothered with bland cheese curds and(taste like store bought) chicken gravy… I won’t be ordering that again. When it first comes out, it was enticing until you get to the bottom… I got a whiff of the chicken gravy and I just couldn’t stomach it. My friend got the meatloaf and said it was dry and bland… so be aware if you are going to order that. I came here for my Birthday lunch with my coworkers and was given an OK to order an «actual» birthday drink from the boss man. Well, the cool thing about the location was that they just got their liquor license the day before. And I was the first person to have ordered a drink. All in all, service is ok, price is decent. But I would only come here for the Chicken and Waffles.

I have heard amazing things about this place, so when a friend suggested we stop there for lunch one day while shopping, I was pretty excited. It was about 1pm on a Friday and it was pretty crowded. The waitress asked us if we wanted to sit outside, sure, it wasn’t too hot and there were fans. The outdoor area was actually really nice. Our server was super attentive and very nice. I wasn’t in the mood for a huge meal, so I decided to split with my sister and order a kids veggie plate for the nephew… I figured I would take most of his food anyway, he’s a pretty picky eater When the server came, I ordered for my nephew, pointed to the kids veggie plate and selected the three side choices. The waitress said that I got one more choice… oh, ok so I ordered another side… My friend had heard the bacon there was amazing. She ordered one of the lunch plates and asked for a piece of bacon on the side(there is an option to add bacon to any sandwich for $ 1 extra.) When she received her meal, she had a bowl with 4 pieces of bacon on the plate… again, oh, ok… The food was pretty good. Not nearly as good as I had heard though. The duck fat fries really just tasted like regular french fries and the garlic spinach was meh. The mac-n-cheese was pretty tasty as well as the beet salad with goat cheese. They had jalapeño biscuits. If you like spicy, they would be quite tasty… When we got the bill our oh, ok’s turned into oooooh. The reason there was an extra side to the kids veggie plate was because she ordered the adult veggie plate at $ 4.5 more than the kids plate. Not very happy about that. Also, the one piece of bacon my friend ordered turned out to be the side of bacon, $ 4 rather than the $ 1 she had expected. Overall, food was decent, but just shocked at how much the server up-ordered/up-charged us.

Although our server wasn’t very attentive during our visit, the experience wasn’t bad enough to keep me away forever… the food’s too good for that. I’ll chalk it up to her being younger and still getting the hang of things, or something *shrugs* The Hubs and I visited for the first time for Sunday brunch. This place pretty much had me at $ 3.00 mimosas. But our meals were tasty as well. I had the Protein Scramble and Hubs ordered the chicken fingers. We also got a side of grits to share, and a cheddar biscuit to split. The Hubs asked for a Diet Coke soon after we sat. And even after we got our food, he didn’t get his soda. Finally, we were able to flag down our waitress. And she brought a can of Coke instead. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy, but we shrugged it off. There was also no cheese on my scramble at first, and my plate had to be sent back. The roast chicken in my scramble was pretty tender. And I sampled one of The Hubs’ chicken tenders, and they were good too. I really liked the biscuit, but my companion wasn’t crazy about it. The creamy grits were in fact very creamy and good. I’ll definitely give this restaurant another shot. The location is way too convenient, as often as I’m in Lenox Mall. And hello, $ 3 mimosas!

So wish I’d been able to take a better pic of my meal! After much deliberation(lunch? breakfast? run away due to so many decisions?), I went simple and classic: ¼ rotisserie chick, sides of creamy grits and fruit. I love rotisserie chicken and theirs is solid; the white was a tad drier than it could have been, but the dark was perfectly moist so overall it was good. But the grits. Wow, just wow. When it says creamy grits on the menu, it should say… creamy, thick, delicious, slap-yo-mama good grits. No salt, no butter, nothing to add needed. Not sure when or where I’ve had better. Fruit, a simple little cup of mixed seasonal stuff. Did I mention the grits? NPWH and it is a really lovely little incarnation of a Doty chicken place. Other than the Neiman Marcus café, the feel of the space is the most inviting at Lenox. If you haven’t been — do try.

A couple of days ago I was at the mall and walked past B&B on the way back to my car. It was during the off peak gap between lunch and dinner. The booths along the front wall were all occupied and there were a few patrons at the bar; other than that seating was plentiful. The same server who seemed aloof and inattentive on my first visit was very welcoming and invited us to sit at any open table. Instead we placed to-go orders and our food was ready in about 7 minutes. Everything tasted as good as it’s been at the other locations. I will definitely return – but only during off peak hours. NOTE: The restaurant is participating in Buckhead Restaurant Week through Sunday, April 26. For lunch and dinner they offer the following $ 15 special: Choose one appetizer(Pimento Cheese/Chopped Pasteurized Chicken Liver/JB Farm Deviled Eggs) Choose one entrée(¼ Chicken with two sides/Meatloaf with two sides/Pork Schnitzel with one side) Choose one dessert(your choice)

Fui a Bantam + Biddy por brunch este mañana. Tuve The Southerner y el café cielo.

Today was my 5th time coming to Bantam + Biddy. The first 4 times had been good, no complaint about the service or food. In fact I always received great service here until today. I would rate this place a 3.5−4 stars before today. My friend and I came here for lunch and our server Ana came and asked if we like to start off with any beverages, my friend said water would be fine for us. She turned away and moved to another table and took order from the other table. Really? We would be blind if we did not catch that blatant rudeness. She came back later with our water. I asked her what was the soup of the day, she said she did not know and went away to check with the kitchen. She did not seemed happy we did not order a whole lot of food. I order the soup of the day which was cream of corn and a plate of chicken tenders(snack sized) and my friend a California Club sandwich. My soup was a tad too peppery. Nobody came to check on us or to refill our water. Guess I am expecting too much from our server. The restaurant was too noisy, I could not have a decent conversation with my friend. Part of her conversations got drowned by the surrounding noise. Something here was just off today. At the end of the lunch, I gave our server my credit card and not long she came back and simply darted away. Her inattentiveness and disregard towards us were appalling. My friend was talking away and I had to say«Hold on, let me calculate this.» My Math has always been good, somehow to calculate 15% tips today took me more than my usual 2 seconds. Perhaps server Ana didn’t know this, I usually don’t give 15% but more like 20% gratuity. Honestly, I don’t even think she deserved my 15% gratuity at all, but are we even allowed not to leave a tip or say just leave a gratuity of say 10%???

My coworker Candice M., who was a previous Unilocal Eliter, let me choose the Monday afternoon lunch location, and in that instant, the restaurants within Buckhead walking distance became my oyster. The entrance to Bantam + Biddy is right inside the right side entrance of Lenox Mall near the Tesla parking lot. There was a large chalkboard right inside the mall with the draft beers for the day. The restaurant looks quite small from the outside but is actually pretty open and spacious. We were seated in an odd covered corner… But the cushioned seat was comfy. The server brought us waters per our request. We ordered completely per her recommendations, so it was all on her. My coworker ordered the server’s personal favorite, the chicken pita which came with one side. I ordered the quarter chicken with the wasakaka, which came with two sides and a piece of cornbread. We both got the duck fat fries and I also got the kale salad with wheat berries and cider dressing to make up for my greasy meal. The food took a little while to come out, but we were patient. The chicken was mostly tender and juicy, but didn’t taste unhealthy. Gluten free for those who are GF conscious! The chicken didn’t really need any sauce, but the wasakaka gave the meat a nice flavor explosion, definitely give it a try. The duck fat fries are PERF. Greasy goodness, please and thank you. The kale salad just couldn’t measure up, it tasted too healthy. I tried but just really not a fan of raw kale unless it’s drenched in heavy dressing. We were both pleased with our recommendations, but wished the lunch could have been stricter to the allotted one hour lunch time.
