Business Owner
Born in Rome, grew up in Castel Giorgio, in the Umbria region of Italy, Massimiliano Gallinoni (Mass) experienced a lot of the world before settling in Atlanta, Georgia. From an early age Mass loved watching his grandmother and mother prepare meals, he was surrounded by fresh ingredients and with a passion for food and the culinary arts.
After a number of years with the Italian Trade Commission in Atlanta, Mass made the decision to pursue his dream of becoming a chef and started working in some of the top Italian restaurants. Adding over time a catering company, a food truck and drive through joint in his repertoire. He soon realized that the true flavors of his home «let’s call it village, 2300 soles lost in the hills» where not being represented, therefore he started catering to introduce people to modern Italian cooking, bringing innovative flavors of Italy to the American table. Your table! With out going out to look for it.
