History

Established in 2005.

The owner Wendy Steele is the bestselling author of Behind the Screen. After 11 years in Corporate America and going through a department layoff, Wendy Steele realized the job market changed to an «employer’s market» and there was an urgent need for job candidates to stand out even more! With more than 12 years of experience in writing resumes, Wendy Steele started BluePrint Resumes & Consulting in 2005. The company went commercial in 2006 with the first office in Kennesaw, GA.

We now have over 7,000 clients to date with multiple locations around the U.S.

Our team of professional writers are all certified with experience in IT, finance, education, federal resumes, project management, sales, marketing, nursing and virtually every industry out there! We also have clients in Canada, the UK, Middle East and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This is in addition to our clients throughout the 50 U.S. states.

Wendy lives in Marietta, GA. Married with two kids, she is juggling the demands of the business along with working on her next book to help candidates in their job search.
