(01/​12/​2012) I grabbed a couple boxes from the Organic To Go on the Emory Campus. The California Roll was your standard — crab stick, cucumber, avocado (inside), tobiko (outside), rice was not yet hard even though it had been refrigerated; Cucumber Salad was thinly sliced cucumbers marinated with rice wine vinegar (very sour dressing), toasted sesame oil, bits of seaweed. Prices were about the same for what I would pay off campus, but I was in need of the convenience.
