This is a collection agency that claims we owe for something we have never been involved in

It’s a collection agency, and call and lie and say there trying to recover a bounced check fee. Tell then to stop calling if they don’t. Forward it to your attorney and sue them. They consistently violate the collection agency laws that protect you.

This company contacted us and claimed we owe a ridiculous amount of money to a client of theirs-​OMG National. We had signed a six month agreement with their client, properly notified them after six months that we chose not to renew, yet they still kept hitting our corporate credit card for 12 more months! we should be suing them! Spoke to Mr. Angel Vega at C2C. He assured me he would «look into it». I never heard back. Like every collection agency, Angel only gets paid if he collects money. Forget if the claim is 1000% without merit. Vega just called as I was writing this asking if I received not only the comical ACH request, but a copy of the agreement with his client. (The agreement that states it was a 6 month agreement and they hit our card monthly for a year). No agreement was ever sent-​verified by checking inbound transmissions.
