Two hours late ghetto looking guy (the one that supposedly caused the delay) who upon finally arriving bummed a cigarette and smoked before he did anything else. Main guy was nice. Had to pay full price even with the 2 hour delay which left us with missing next deadline and no place to sleep. Very very disappointing
