Chase Bank

Brand new Chase branch that has nice people randomly standing around. There are no teller windows anymore but only two machines that are similar to ATMs but are not as efficient.
The deposit screens are just not very good. You have to complete a whole series to deposit checks and then do another series for cash. I don’t like that much since I have to do ten extra steps for the same purpose.
The withdraw can’t be done from the deposit (ie cash back) screen so you basically have to go through the whole process of imputing passwords, and punching a bunch of selections in order to do this. Not a fast process.

I Rate a 1 start because this is the worst bank to do business with I just open my account last weekend. the same date my bank card was issued with the incorrect name representative tells me the machine is currently down however you can come back and we will issue you a new one but in the meantime you can use the card with a pin number. last night I used the card at Wal-​Mart had everything in the shopping cart when I was told your card is declined. I called the customer service on the back of the card was told that the card I have is not the right card the expiration date is wrong and that the I have a new card that is not the one I was holding in my hand by this time I’m furious. I speak to a sup which advise they will rush me another card I’m like no thank you I will go in person I need to deal with this in person. get there at the location on 2905 cobb pkwy SE bldg. 300 Atlanta, GA 30 339. I spoke with the vice president name Jerry Brenneman who was a total A if you know what I mean. I explain all that took place he then tells me those people over the phone they don’t know anything and they gave me incorrect info. then he tells me they get paid $ 10.00 and they have no clue and that he trained those type of people my eyes just open up I said you mean to tell me that I cant call over the phone due that the representative you guys have don’t have no knowledge and you want me to do business with chase… I Immediately told him I will like to close my account today he then stated lets do that without hesitation. I cant believe people like this man are given positions to give customer service when they don’t treat their employees with respect this experience have left a bad taste in my heart with chase that I will never ever do business with this bank again I closed my account after 1 week for being open and for Mr. Jerry with your big title that made you look like you were wearing a dirty rag. I feel sorry for you because people like you will have a ruff ending they died alone with none around and with a bad illness be careful how you treat others for this you will receive back in returned 10 times worst
