As always, the service was fast and I had my usuual Chick Fil A deluxe sandwich meal with a sweet tea… The food was so good!

Pretty fast and there are 3 windows to help traffic go by smoother. Never a long wait during lunch hours

I love this location bc it caters to the working class those that need to get in and out. there is no dine in and this area is extremely busy majority of the day. My daughter loves the passenger pick up window bc she can pay etc.

I’ve been eating Chick Fil A for about 35 years. Our church, which is also where I went to school was a couple of blocks away from the original Dwarf House in Hapeville, so we went there often. At least once a week, I eat or grab a drink, at whatever location I happen to be near, but I do have a few favorites. Honestly, the only thing that makes one different from another, is the ease in which I can get in and out of the lot. That’s the best thing about this chain! Their quality and customer service is so superior compared to the rest of the fast food industry. Visit any location and they’re are all very similar in every aspect. This location reminds me of the old CFA on A-Concourse by A11 at the ATL airport, where I once had my change thrown at me and on another occasion found a small roach in with my breakfast bagel. On one occasion, one of the employees said she wasn’t worried about how her bad attitude represented the CFA brand, because they ‘ain’t Chick Fil A! We Host Marriott!’. Seriously. The new CFA in A-Con food court is now a proper one with superb customer service and quality. So, today’s experience wasn’t as bad as the airport’s fake Chick Fil A, but it was close. First of all, it’s a drive-thru only, squeezed into the tiniest area, with zero parking. I take that back. There is an area where you can walk up to order, but if you’re going to attempt this, please be careful. There are vehicles coming and going from every angle. There’s no rhyme or reason, so there’s a lot of congestion around the entire building. So, apparently, there are 3 drive-thru windows. Two are driver’s side and one passenger side. I didn’t see any signage directing me to the appropriate lane, but then again I was just trying to get out of the way of the cars exiting the lot, the drive-thru customers that were exiting and the Chipotle patrons. It’s insane. I had one car in front of me. My window was down though, so I could hear. There was a long silence and then the customer says ‘Hello!’ in a really nice tone. Then, a lady yells through the speaker ‘one minute ma’am!’. She cheerfully replies ‘ok’! Another long wait, then she gives her order. I pull up and wait. She comes over the speaker and says to me ‘one minute please’…then, ‘go ahead with your order!’…wait, don’t you usually hear most CFA drive thru employees say ‘Thank you for choosing CFA(insert name of area)! What would you like today?’.maybe I’m wrong? I tell her I would like a #1 combo, large, with extra pickles and to drink I’d like an unsweet tea with a little sweet added. She’s clearly in a hurry, because she says ‘ok, your total is ___, drive around!’ Wait, I wasn’t done. I barely took a breath before she cut me off. I tell her I need 4 more CFA sandwiches and she seems annoyed. ‘Oh.I’ll add it to your order. Drive around!’ Hmm. no updated total or a ‘does that complete your order?’ Ugh, I feel like I’m at a Mickey D’s drive thru. So I pull around and realize I’m in the lane where the drive-thru window is on the passenger side. I’m in a truck. It’s not super wide, but it’s not very convenient to the passenger side window. I was going to pay with cash, but I’m picturing my change blowing away, so I grab my check card. Dude at the window is extremely nice. He hands me my combo meal and tea. He says ‘unsweet tea’ which is what they say at Mickey D’s when they don’t want to be bothered by putting a splash of sweet in my unsweet tea. One of the many reasons I prefer CFA. They always get it right! I ask him whether there’s any sweet added. He ‘doesn’t know’ but if Mrs.(Drive-Thru lady’s name) took my order then she probably made it, and it will be right. Ohhhh-K…He gets me my other 4 sandwiches, and I’m off! Well, kind of. I pull forward a few feet, just to get involved in a bit more traffic than there was when I came in. There’s a lady that stops in front of me. She’s trying to decide whether she wants to exit the lot, or go to Chipotle that’s a stone’s throw away. This keeps me from going anywhere and in turn, keeps the drive-thru peeps behind me, from moving. Cluster. I get on 285, and there’s a ton of traffic, so I start with my tea. Yep, all unsweet. I break out my sandwich. I take the 1st bite. Really?!! The bun is black on the edges. I can easily say I’ve never had a CFA original sandwich that had a burned bun. Next, I’ve seen extra pickles done 3 different ways. They will put them on your sandwich, give you a pickle pack in a CFA sandwich bag or give you a little plastic ramekin with several pickles in it. I got a ramekin with ONE extra pickle! I actually laughed out loud when I pulled it out of the bag. This place has the CFA logo, so it’s going to make mad money, no matter what, but I won’t be visiting this location again. I think corporate would be very concerned with this place. Some of the things are just out of the employees’ control, but some just involve getting on board with CFA’s customer service goals!

As of today I have 76 check-ins at this location of Chick-fil-A and they never fail to disappoint. This morning my large cup of fruit had mold in it! MOLD in a $ 4.15 cup of fruit. I am done with this place. The employees I have interacted with have all been nice. They remember me and and my order. But they regularly give me the wrong order or the food is cold or missing components. I am done.

This is the closest fast food drive thru to my office. That sucks for me. I love Chick-Fil-A as in where I used to work my co-workers made fun of me for eating there almost every day. The food items at this Chick-Fil-A are greasy almost every time. Not just kind of greasy greasy as in I have to take multiple napkins and squeeze the grease out of the nuggets. Many times I don’t even eat the fries they’re so greasy. May I have an Arnold palmer — yeah not here. It never tastes right. So — I will keep going here when I am in a hurry and need to get something quick.

I’m really disappointed in this location’s Chick-Fil-A particularly with their service. It’s 7:35am on a raining Friday morning and I decide to grab some Chick-Fil-A to surprise my co-worker on her last day. I decide to go to the third drive-thru out of the three that they have and wait to take my order. Everything went downhill from there. I waited 15 minutes for the entire process: wait, order, wait, wait, pay, wait, and then receive my order. I head to work afterwards and since I was early, I was able to find a close parking spot to my work entrance. I head upstairs to my cube and look over my order to find out… THATMYORDERWASNOTCORRECT. At this point… I’m shocked that Chick-Fil-A messed up my order since they NEVER do and then I become angry. I drove back to the Chick-Fil-A, parked at Chipotle’s parking and walk up to the walk-up order window deciding whether or not I should let my anger present itself or not. After waiting for a few minutes, I calmly tell the employee that I was at the drive-thru earlier and had to come back since they messed up my order. My order was missing a chicken biscuit. The employee took my bag of food and returned it after a few minutes with the correct order and said, «I’m sorry». When I got back to work, it was already 8:20am, making me late for work and making me miss other tasks that I had to do that morning. Overall, I am disappointed about the service that I have received today at Chick-Fil-A. Hopefully this doesn’t happen often in the future as I do prefer Chick-Fil-A over other fast food restaurants.

I never knew a chicken sandwich could be this good! Growing up in the north, I had never even been to a Chik-fil-A before moving to Atlanta 8 years ago. Oh my I was missing out! This is one of my favorite foods. A #1 or a #8 lunch with sweet tea…(unsweetened when I’m behaving). And don’t even get me started on their banana pudding milkshake. I wish they had it around all year! Their chickfila sauce and BBQ sauce and Polynesian sauces are so tasty. If you’re going for breakfast, get the b-fast burrito. Yum!

This is Chick Fil A, why am I only giving an A-OK? Well, because it caters to drivers only. They have no seating except for like 2 – 3 tables outside. It’s mainly for drive-through and walkup customers. They don’t even have a public bathroom. I guess you have to go to Chipotle next door if you have to pee. There are 2 drive through windows. So it can take cars twice as fast compared to the other drive-through places. They need it. This place gets heavy traffic. Sometimes, I like to sit down in a nice, air conditioned area away from the rain. This location prevents me from doing that. Oh well. The food is still good for a fast food place. I guess it’s convenient if you’re the unlucky one to go and pick up your co-workers’ lunches. But for me, I’ll go to the other million Chick Fil A, sit-down locations to eat my chicken sandwhich.

Now Chik Fil A is definitely one of my favorties spots to eat for lunch and this particular location sets a great impression for the chain for sure! It is located in a very very busy area near corporate offices, the galleria, the cumberland mall, various hotels and other shopping. The staff at this location is very prepared for the crowd, there are 3 drive thru’s, 1 walk up window, outdoor seating, catering, call in orders and when i pulled up to one of the drive thrus, one of the managers greeted me, took my order called it in on a walk talkie and gave me my total from memory. By the time I got to the speaker, she was asking if I needed anything else because she already had my order and asked me to pull to the next window to pay. I was impressed!

The Chick-fil-A at Cobb Parkway and Akers Mill is drive-thru only. This location has a triple drive-thru. Drivers in: Drive-thru Lane #1 pick up food on the passenger side. Drive-thru Lane #2 pick up food on the driver side. Drive-thru Lane #3 pick up food on the driver side. All lanes are staffed by CFA employees. Lanes 1 and 2 are connected directly to the kitchen. Lane 3 receives orders via a conveyor system. The menus and ordering stations are semi-covered, so you won’t get as wet when it rains. If you’re traveling alone, I’d recommend lanes 2 or 3 for convenience’s sake. I took lane 1 one time and the CFA employee was waiting for me, sitting on the window ledge, when I pulled up. Her sitting on the ledge maximized her length of reach into my car. Great service is consistent across virtually all Chick-fil-A’s, including this drive-thru. In addition to the drive-thru, there are two walk-up windows, so you can park your car at the Chipotle next door and walk over. There are a few tables with umbrellas on the small sidewalk outside. I wouldn’t eat there during a peak time, though, because you’d constantly have idling automobiles and all their fumes flanking you on either side. The food is just as good as the standalone stores. My favorites continue to be the classic Chicken Sandwich and Spicy Chicken Sandwich and their perfectly sweet Sweet Tea. Be sure to ask for extra napkins and any condiments you’d like on the way out. CFA has six sauces you can choose from: BBQ, Buffalo, Buttermilk Ranch, Chick-fil-A, Honey Mustard, and Polynesian. Zippy service. You’ll be in and out in a matter of minutes. This location is in the busy Akers Mill Shopping Center nestled between a Chipotle and Hooters.

This is one the smaller, no seating type Chik-Fil-As, there’s a few tables outside but it’s primarily used for walk up and drive up customers. They also do the catering from this location more than the bigger stores, which is handy since they’re right close to 285 and 75 so just a call ahead is all you need to pick up a platter for a party or event. The only drawback is it sits in front of the Akers Mill shopping center, squeezed between several other restaurants, so it’s busy and hard to find parking most any time you go.
