Unfortunately I was treated very poorly from the start by associate name Augusta. First I tought probably it was along day for everyone working in the mall being the holiday shopping day so I didn’t say anything. but at the checkout when the charge was wrong I brought it to their attention and it was corrected by associate name Bobby when I told them it is still showing the wrong amount on the screen the answer I got from Augusta was«I DON’T CAREWHATITSHOWSONYOURSCREEN I HAVENOCONTROLOVERTHATSCREEN«.with an anger and disrespectful manner. What is that mean you have no control over that? There was no reason for that kind of out burst since I was right and I show the screen to the other associate so in the future maybe they can fix the problem. It was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The BATE&SWITCH specialists! Was going to buy two pairs of shoes. Looked at the price on the bottom of the shoe, on sale for $ 119.00. Decide I like them and to buy both pair… Get to the register and they ring up at $ 159.00. I told sales person of the error and she says«that’s what they are». I picked up the display shoe and show her and she tells me it is marked wrong and they are $ 159.00. I have bought Clarks for YEARS and they just lost me on this bate and switch crap. She was more concerned with selling me a belt at 10% off than saving a $ 250 sale. Plain and simple honor your prices and if it is wrong correct it for the next customer. Save yourself time go across the hall to Johnston & Murphy where they honor their prices and treat you with respect.

I visited this store earlier this week and I had some mixed feelings about it. First of all, I love Clark shoes. They are attractive, comfortable and made of quality materials. This store reminds me of the old school shoe stores,(Bakers, Butlers) where you go in find your shoes and wait for someone to notice you. The problem with this store is that it is only staffed with a single person so that person has to do it all,(take care of business in the back, answer the phone, ring up your purchase etc.) This could get a little dicey if more than one person enters the store. They carry great casual sandals and shoes at elevated prices. I don’t feel like the prices are justified because these are not high end or «special occasion» shoes. Also, I am accustomed to shopping at their outlet store where shoes are 40% to 50% less. They get three stars because I love Clark shoes and the bottom line is that they still carry a quality product.
