I had no problems scheduling an appointment the first time I called Clean Corp. They showed up on time(actually a bit early) and got right to work. My only problem at the time was that I asked them to clean the oven and they did not do so. My husband spoke to them when they left and thanked them for their services, since both maids were spanish-speaking and I am not. I have been trying to schedule another appointment with them, but have not been able to contact them. I’ve called and left messages for over a week now, with no response. When I mentioned to my husband that I was calling Clean Corp to schedule another cleaning and he asked that I not do so. He explained that until he spoke to the maids when they were leaving, they had assumed neither of us understood Spanish. Apparently they had been insulting us for our house needing to be cleaned(which is absurd since that is why we called them), disapproved of how we care for our cat, and discussed the places in the house they felt we may have had sex. My husband hadn’t told me because he didn’t want to upset me, but felt he had to when I mentioned using them again. Needless to say, we will not be using this company ever again. I would complain to the manager/owner if they would ever answer the phone.

Could there please be a rating less than one star? Like everybody else below, I bought the Groupon. After weeks of leaving phone messages with these guys, we tried e-mail — which actually kind of worked: they will eventually get back to you via email. They gave me an appointment that was weeks away, their time & date suggestion, and then stood me up. When I complained, they offered me an appointment for two days later, and stood me up again. More fool me, I guess! We’ve been trying to get the house cleaned SINCENOVEMBER now. I will say they are very friendly, but I’m not sure how helpful that is if they’re just completely unreliable. STAYAWAY.

Ok. I bought a gift certificate for Clean Corp through Groupon early in the year. I called them shortly after and they said that they were not taking Groupon clients for the next month or so. I thought this was strange, but accepted it. I thought that maybe they were getting bombarded by gift certs. So… after more than a month, I called back. Left a message. A week later without a response, called again. Left another message. Would you believe I called for a third time and STILL no response? Well… believe it. I decided to them email Groupon about this… thinking they would be able to help me. See below for my email I sent to Groupon, which I never received a response from either. «I have tried several times to redeem a Groupon certificate I purchased this year. I spoke to Clean Corp about 3 months ago and they said they were booked for the next month or so for all clients using a Groupon certificate. So… I decided to call back after a month to schedule an appointment and have left 4 messages with them, but have not received a call back yet. Can you please help me here? This is getting very frustrating.» Needless to say… I have given up on getting a call from Clean Corp. I will try Groupon again, but I have to admit this puts a very bad taste in my mouth with them, as well. Suggestion… NEVER call Clean Corp and DONOT buy a Groupon for them. Unless you want to just throw that money away.

Not sure what exactly happened to them, but I called literally the morning after I got the Groupon at like 8 am just b/c I was in desperate need to get my apartment cleaned. They answered promptly and an appointment was available for when I needed them. After reading everyone’s reviews and comments on Groupon, I was a little nervous they wouldn’t show up… but they did! and very on time too! They did a very excellent job cleaning and left my apartment smelling like flowers. My only gripe is that they were supposed to be at my apartment for 2 hours total. Thinking that my apartment was a total mess I told them at the beginning that the priorities were kitchen, bathroom, and vacuuming the common area. They finished in about an hour and asked me to do a walk through and left. There was still an hour left! and although I didn’t ask them at the beginning to clean my bedroom as a priority, they could have offered if there was time left? I guess it’s both my fault and theirs. I really do hope they get their act together though. They definitely did an excellent job, were very professional — would use them again if I wasn’t afraid I would run into problems contacting them like everyone else has…
