Convenient Collision Solutions (CCS) is a mobile paint and auto body shop that «Comes To You!» and offers Same Day Repairs of minor collision work on-​site at your home or office. CCS specializes in bumper repair and replacement, dent repair, scratch repair, headlight restoration, alloy wheel and rim repair, windshield repair and glass replacement and other minor collision repair including replacing lights, mirrors, moldings, fenders, hoods and doors. CCS services over 70 Class A Office Properties and parking garages throughout the Metro Atlanta area. CCS also services and has special programs for Fleet Accounts, Dealerships and Insurance Companies.

CCS can complete many repairs at or Below Insurance Deductibles preventing insurance claims and potential increased premiums for years to come. However, CCS does work with most insurance carriers and will be happy to assist you and guide you through the insurance claim process.

Convenient Collision Solutions (CCS) We Come To You! is a family owned and operated mobile auto body and paint shop that specializes in convenient on-​site top quality repairs of your vehicle at your home or office. Formerly, a Collision on Wheels national franchise, CCS services over 70 Class A office properties and parking garages/​lots across the Metro Atlanta area. CCS also services fleet accounts both independently and as a approved vender for Automotive Resources International (ARI). CCS handles service work for several dealerships throughout Atlanta and surrounding cities.

GREAT service! A mom & pop type of business that you can trust.
I had gotten a scratch and a small dent on my back right bummer of my black Lexus IS 250, and I sent Mike pictures of the damage. Mike then came out to my apartment complex parking deck in Midtown to take a look at the damage in person to give me an actual quote (for free).
Within a couple of hours, Mike had e-​mailed me a quote. The price was pretty reasonable and in-​line with what I was expecting to pay based on other quotes that I had also obtained. I decided to scheduled an appointment, and the next available appointment was 2 weeks out (however, I wasn’t surprised after I saw the great work they did on my car!).
Joe George (works for Mike) came out to repair my car. He came to my apartment complex (which was very convenient) and told me that he’d have everything fixed in about two hours. Within about an hour and a half, Joe told me everything was good to go. When I went to check it out, I was AMAZED at how brand-​new my car looked. You could not even tell that there had ever been a dent or a scratch. I jokingly asked Joe if he went and bought me a new bumper, because that’s how good it looked! Joe did a PHENOMENAL job! He told me he’s been in the industry for 20+ years, and he was very friendly.
I would highly recommend CCS to anyone. Mike & Joe were a great team, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Thanks CCS!

In summary: This service was awesome!
I emailed Mike pictures of the damage to my car and he was able to quote me within about a day. We then scheduled a (free) in-​person quote. He simply drove to my office’s parking deck in Midtown Atlanta and it only took a few minutes for him to assess the damage and give me some honest feedback. Afterward, he emailed me a more concrete quote and even gave me options of repairs I could exclude in order to cut my costs (i.e. fender blending for my particular make and color).
The only drawback of this service is that it may take a few days of emailing and scheduling before you can nail down a date for the repairs. Your car would likely need to still be drivable for this service to apply for you. Unfortunately, he couldn’t schedule my repairs until a date that was about 2 ½ weeks from the day I decided to use CCS. BUT I requested he squeeze my repair in if he had any cancellations and he was able to repair my car a week ahead of schedule!
As far as the actual repairs, it was almost unbelievable service. His repairman called me and met me around lunchtime at my office. I simply left my car with him at the top of my parking deck and within about 2 hours I had a completely new, freshly painted hood, repaired headlights and an adjusted radiator! Mike also took the time to text me updates about repairs and how the costs were going to shake out as the repairs took place. After the repair was complete, Mike had joined the repairman at the deck and my car looked great! Overall, I would highly recommend this VERY convenient service. No time visiting a collision site, my car never had to be in the shop and it was reasonably priced. Thanks, Mike!

Mike (CEO) was great and easy to work with. An excellent example of a good business man. I simply emailed photos of my car to request a quote. Within 24 hours I received a reasonable response with a detailed estimate.
My only complaint is the turn around time to get someone out to do the repair. This can also be considered a compliment because it could mean that they are in high demand.
Joesph the auto body mechanic dispatched to my car, arrived at my office promptly at 10am and had me to bring my car to the top of the parking deck. We walk around the car together, confirmed price, then I handed over my keys. The VERY best part is that I was able to walk back into work knowing that my car would be finished when I walked out!
Less than 3 hours later my car was dint free! My service experience was excellent, fast, and worth the price. Try it!

Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience with CCS as most of the reviewers here. Honestly, I am not even sure what happened, but for some reason MIke has decided to leave me hanging with an unfinished job. After over three weeks of emails and voicemails, I am assuming that he has decided to abandon this particular job.
Just to be clear… I have had one other job done by Mike and his team and they did a pretty good job for a reasonable price. The technician had to come back out to fix some problems with the paint work, but overall it would have been a 3.5 out of 5 experience. However, the one thing that really bothers me the most is poor customer service. I understand that these guys are probably busy, but completely snubbing a customer’s emails and calls for weeks is unacceptable in my opinion. Just a simple «Hi, we are very busy but will be out to address your damage as soon as possible» would have sufficed.
That brings me to now. I had a two part repair (some paint work, followed by some paintless dent repair) that required two separate appointments. So, the paint repair guy came out and did the initial repair. The paint work looked (and still looks) very hazy with some «orange peel» texture. Joe (the paint guy) assured me that it was normal and just needed to be buffed once fully dried. So I PAID HIM IN FULL and he said he would stop by in the coming few days to buff the bumper. Of course, I have never heard from him or Mike. So I emailed Mike to start the process of booking a time for the dent repair and have never heard back from him. I emailed at the end of each week and then called to leave a voicemail. I have made every attempt (completely courteously) to get in touch with him, but I am tired of waiting.
Interestingly, when I needed a quote for the job, Mike came out the SAME DAY. I just wish he had the same sense of urgency about actually satisfying his customers. So now I have a hazy painted bumper that paid in full for and dents that I still need to get fixed. Not my idea of a five star job.

I’m a small town young woman from Kansas that recently moved to the big city (Atlanta). Being from a small town I’ve known the mechanics and everyone in that field in my hometown my whole life and trust them completely. So when a limb fell on my car here in Atlanta I was very uneasy about who to trust and if they would be honest with me. Thankfully I called Convenient Collision Solutions (CCS) and talked with Mike. He was beyond helpful, honest, and quick to respond. I asked for the minimum to be fixed for it to be legal to drive and was told it was totaled right from the start instead of them trying to nickel and dime me by fixing something and something else going wrong. Great to know there are honest people in the big city! I will be using CCS in the future and highly recommend them! They went above and beyond in assisting me, even doing a write up of how much everything would cost to fix just in case.

Frank came out to my house, was on time, work was great, and very fast. Frank and the whole staff are very friendly and from now on, I will never use another company. Convenient says it all, it is so easy for them to come to you instead of driving to a shop or dealership. Work was done in my driveway and there were no hidden fees or surprise.

CCS does a great job! The owner and his wife are very kind, courteous and professional.
Like several of the other reviewers — I found out about this service because they advertise at the building my employer leases from — CBRE property.
The technician did a great job — technically speaking — but he was a little lacking in the customer service department — in fact — he was quite rude. I didn’t let it bother me too much because the the job was just so phenonemal.
The owner can be a little hard to reach — I think they have a pretty high call volume — but be patient — they are definitely worth it.

CCS is great! I happened to find them through my work’s concierge service almost by accident. Mike was very easy to work with, and I couldn’t have been any happier on how new Dexter made my Honda look! The best part about CCS is that you don’t have to take time out of your schedule to get the job done. They come to you: for the estimate and the actual repair work. Their rates are also reasonable. The total cost for minor repair on my bumper came in at a much lower rate than Classic Collision, the shop that I usually use. I would use CSS again and I would recommend anyone to use them as well!

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I called one morning, and within an hour they met me in my office’s parking lot to give me a (very reasonable) estimate on repairing my scraped front fender. Two days later they came back and made it look as good as new. The convenience of having them do the job right there on the spot, wherever you are, is a major plus. I will most certainly recommend them to friends.

Can’t believe it. These guys came to our home and did really professional work. Used them twice. Once to replace a side mirror. They replaced it within 24hrs. Then for some damage to rear bumper. Made it look like new. I would use them again if I had to drive there. But to have them work in your driveway — like the name says — Convenient!

I was SO impressed by Convenient Collision Solutions! What I thought was going to be a huge hassle and expense to fix (a lot of small scratches from other car doors hitting the side of our white BMW), turned out to be no problem at all for Mike at CCS. He came to our house at a pre-​set time, and was very prompt. He made the scratches disapear like magic and made the problem-​area look as good as new. The solution ended up being so simple that he waived the fee — which is just unheard of in this day and age. It showed me what an honest and trustworthy person he is — and that he cares more about customer service than anything else. I have already recommended him to a friend and will be happy to recommend him to anyone in the future!

I’m from Raleigh, NC, and after rubbing against a Lexus SUV in Atlanta, I needed to find a shop that would take care of Vehicle No. 2 and keep the owner happy without breaking the bank. I shopped around from long distance and after adding up the quotes and cost for a rental car, we found the awesome services of Mike G. at CCS. We had a quote within a day, and the work was performed in a jiffy all without the need for a rental car. The owner of the SUV called me with much praise and thanks for everything. I would highly suggest CCS, and should the need arise again, I would use his services again without hesitation!
