Dr Reddy is an excellent dentist. She explained the procedure thoroughly with pros and cons so I could make a decision without feeling pressured.
From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by the friendly staff.

My experience was bad with Dr. Reddy and her dental assistant. I understand traffic but to show up almost 2 hours late for your first appointment of the day is bad practice. Then to act arrogant about it and say something to the effect of «well I am here now» is even worse.
I had to pretty much beg for the cleaning as the didn’t have time for it until the second visit when she was late and it was given to me as a consolation by her tech who felt bad I waited for over an hour.
The other tech was straight out of school or just inexperienced and hurt my mouth, hit my teeth so hard with the instruments I thought she was going to crack my teeth. She elbowed me in the nose by accident, brushed her arm in my face as she tried to put a chiclet looking temporary in there. She had everything flying all over my face to include my own spit, the sprayer she used, plaster… It was horrible. My husband was giggling watching because he knew it took everything I had to not fight back. It was never ending and took forever!!!
The dentist knew on the second visit because I told her to please not allow that tech near me. My temporary crown was so horrible it had plaster all over it and looked like something I could have made myself with modeling clay even though I have no modeling clay experience. It popped off before I got in the car and at that point I was so happy to leave I made the choice to be toothless until I got the crown.
The crown… My goodness… Just please do yourself a favor, go someplace else.
I went to her despite my better judgement because my husband values his colleagues opinions and if one of them says ‘good’ they all say good. I read reviews prior that are no longer posted and have serious reservations I told him about. Him being from India decided nope, we will support other Indian businesses. Just please, if that is your factor in looking at options, there are great ones in Roswell better qualified and still Indian.
Dr Reddy knew I was upset. She kept calling me I told her not to call me again. She then called my husband and text him as in a way to shame me into not writing a review. Out of consideration for him I didn’t do one initially, until he went to a good practice and had the experience he and I should have had and realized why I had been so upset and disappointed. My insurance paid a lot of money as did we for services that were not professional. I have been to the dental school she studied at in Pittsburgh and have receipts to prove it. The service there was the better sadly. So was the work. I worked for UPMC in Pittsburgh before moving to Atlanta and can say for a fact please go elsewhere.
Note to the practice, Please do not contact my husband about my review. He has to work and does not want to be bothered.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I came here for a routine cleaning and a problem tooth where the gum was bleeding every time I brushed for flossed. I had discussed this problem with my previous dentist with no relief of the problem. At my first visit they took x-​rays and did the regular exam and found my issue. They did a deep cleaning and was able to fix my problem I had been having for years.
As for billing, I didn’t have to pay in advance, I paid when came in for my second appointment (I had to wait a couple weeks after the deep cleaning/​medication to finish up my polish) and for the parking of $ 6 — you can easily have that reimbursed depending on your insurance and if you have a medical spending account through your insurance. It’s the price you pay when you live in a big city with minimal parking.

Okay, so it’s a month later after I had the Crown installed. The dentist (who always appears to be in a huge hurry — as if her time is worth more than I’m paying for) tried to shave my upper good tooth down again, and I told her not to. She replied «I’m a dentist». I said, «I don’t care, do not touch it» and thought, no kidding, that’s why I’m here. All that being said, I was out pretty quickly (30 minutes) with a crown which color doesn’t match my other teeth — and I’m not exaggerating, my crown and my upper tooth hurts every time I put pressure on it. I’m so upset (this affects me at least three times a day) but don’t know what to do. $ 1,900 for a bad crown and a shaved down good tooth. After the procedure, the doc said, «I know we had some hick-​ups, but now you have a crown that will last you for a long time». Got up and left. I’m so sick of it, I didn’t ask for anything else. Well here I am. Please don’t put yourself through this. I’m considering going to another dentist and finding out what the damage is… but after this experience…
