I’m an IT professional in the Atlanta area since 1995. I would not think twice about sending anyone to any other place to recover their data. From thumb drives to broken RAIDs. Data Savers is HONEST and very knowledgeable.

Gosh no clue where to start, external hard drive with a lifetime of pictures and no other backups (yeah I know I know… they’re backed up in half a dozen places now) crashed. Got quotes from 1000 – 4000 bucks to retrieve the data. These guys did it in 1 day for about ¹⁄₁₀^th that price, now that may not be your typical pricing, but they came in at half their own quote… Could not have been happier. They’re aces in my books. Plus they’re super secure, governments and Apple (among others) rely on them for data recoveries, very secure, have their own clean rooms so your data is being shipped off to some remote location for recovery, all done on site. Would recommend them wholeheartedly and without any reservations…

Our video production company had a serious issue. A 4TB hard drive with lots of video footage that wasn’t backed up crashed, and we needed it all back safe and sound. After giving us a flat rate guaranteed quote upfront, and an estimated time of around a week, we left the drive and crossed our fingers.
Unfortunately, our drive had major problems, but the Data Savers team labored for weeks, and multiple trials of complicated algorithms to finally retrieve all our files in working condition. And, they still only charged us the original flat rate quoted, even though they most definitely went above and beyond in their time and effort.
I highly, highly recommend them to do a quality recovery job, at a fair price, and with excellent service.

When my external hard drive failed just as the semester’s final work was due, I was devastated — lost all of my film footage and audio recordings. A few months ago one of our clients experienced catastrophic data loss, consisting of thousands of emails that were an integral part of their business. As a technology consultant, I wanted to offer them a reputable solution to try and recover the data. 24 hours later I was able to deliver the recovered data to my client’s office and restore their 18,000 emails. Both my clients and I were impressed on the genuine service we received from Data Savers.
I hope to never have to do business with them again… for obvious reasons. But if I ever come across data loss again, I know who to call.
