Founded in 2011, Common Ground owns and operates the Decatur territory of PalmerHouse Properties & Associates. With offices in Downtown Decatur, Buckhead, historic Old Fourth Ward and Alpharetta, we are proud to have served clients in all corners of Atlanta’s vibrant residential communities, from Midtown to Virginia Highland, outside the perimeter and beyond.

Born in LaGrange and raised in Dacula, Common Ground Real Estate REALTOR® Dyllan LeMay is proud to call Georgia home.

Dyllan joined the Common Ground team in March 2014 after graduating from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. After years in sales and customer service outside the Atlanta property world, he’s now using that knowledge to help buyers and sellers alike in today’s growing market. His can-​do attitude, youthful personality and commitment to success are sure to make every client feel at ease.

When he’s not researching and showing properties, you’ll find Dyllan and his rescue pup Coach hanging out with friends in Piedmont Park or out with his family on Lake Oconee.
