Eco Auto Clean ATL

Justin and his team are so polite and just easy to talk to. Justin and I texted over the course of two days trying to squeeze me in so I could go out of town with a clean car. He ended up doing mine, and my bosses car! And she was very pleased as well and is now going to ask her office if they’re interested! Their customer service reminds me so much of my dad and the window tinting business he runs (Glass Tiger Window Tinting-​shameless plug: P) because I’d use the same words to describe Justin that people use to describe my father. Excellent with customers, polite and friendly, willing to talk to customers for more than just booking the appointment. I’d recommend this business to everyone! Especially considering the price and convenience-​it can’t be beat!

Might take a while for him and/​or his crew to get to you because Justin offers the best detailing deal around and frankly the only sustainable option. He came to my work from across town and helped erase quite a bit of the elements that had accumulated from across the country on the exterior and a daunting amount of dog hair on the interior without rushing or overlooking anything despite me only buying the bare minimum $ 40 package. Best prices, very personable but professional, sustainable methods and most importantly a great end result.

Drove around this morning on Labor Day looking for a place to get my car detailed. After an hour of no luck at the usual places I go to (yes, despite all the less than acceptable reviews and historical service received) I decided to give these guys a call due to their supposed proximity to where I parked according to Unilocal.
Not only were they open on Labor Day, but the owner was very courteous and extremely professional. He was on the job a few miles away but took the time to talk about his services, pricing, and get this, they come to you!
Our schedules didn’t work for the morning but he gave me the name of another car detailing business owner. 10 minutes later, he texted and said he had a cancellation and that he could be at my place in about 30 minutes.
He sounded like a good guy so I gave it a shot. When they got to our place, they unloaded their gear and I noticed that they had no hose. ‘Aren’t you going to use water?’ He explained that they were a waterless car wash service and the warning signs went off but they were already there. They were extremely polite and professional answering all my questions about their methodology and products including their business model and fair business practices. The conversation was good but they worked meticulously the entire time. Because they were waterless, one guy worked on the exterior while the other worked on interior. They even had their own generator to power the vacuum cleaner.
$ 55 for about a 80 minute job and the car looked fantastic. The shine really came out and the rims looked like they spent at least 45 minutes on them even though they really spent like 15 on them. Carpets were cleaner than they have been in a long time and they even cleaned out the door jams. Keep in mind, I have a little boy in a car seat that likes to snack and drink milk on drives. I found lollipops, cereal, old juice stains on the leather, and crayons that were hiding in places I didn’t think you could even get your fingers to. Another note, crayons, candy, and other snacks had obviously weathered the Atlanta summer heat in a car with black leather interior. When they were done, there was not even the slightest bit of a trace.
The typically stay in the city proper but they do travel all the way out to Duluth and Johns Creek with no additional destination charges. They are just a bunch of hard working guys who are really good at their job. You have to respect that and yes, customer service and attitude does make a difference and it goes a long way in my book.
I was not only impressed with their work ethic but their respect for their clients and their professionalism. They have clients who ask them to service their $ 300K cars and they believe in treating all clients the same.
I would refer them to anyone and hope to send a few friends their way. In fact my neighbor came out when they finished to ask about prices and I’m sure they will be back to do her car pretty soon as well.
They have lower packages but at $ 55 for full interior and exterior + the results of their work + they come to wherever you are = great value! You can have them meet you while you are shopping, at the office, or out to dinner with friends and come back to a brand new looking car. Best part is you don’t have to wait in line at the traditional car wash for 2 – 3 hours wondering when your car will be up. One of the best parts is that no water = no streaks when you roll up the window or finding water in places that should have been wiped down.
Really good guys, amazing prices, and fantastic results. Take the word of a customer that has high standards for workmanship and above the line expectations. You will be satisfied and the 1 – 2 hours you will save at a traditional car wash, not to mention the gas you save to drive there and cool off the workers when they blast the AC when you are not watching will make the pricing these guys offer for their work seem even more reasonable and valuable. Recommending these guys going forward hands down and no, there is no fine print, this is not a paid endorsement for free or discounted future work. I believe in good reviews when businesses deserve it.

Justin and his team do such a great job, from the ease of communication with them, their professionalism, and how great our cars looked. We needed a detail for a leased car we had to turn back in so it needed to be perfect. It was! Couldn’t recommend this team more highly, and they come to your house, so easy!!!

I’ve heard of EcoAutoClean from WRXAtlanta facebook page. I moved out to Colorado on an Air Force Base, and I live in the dorms, so I don’t really have the means to go hand-​wash my car like I prefer to. (I don’t like machine washes because it doesn’t really clean the car thoroughly). Eco Auto Clean’s waterless carwash was very attractive to me because I didn’t need water or a driveway to clean my car, and I could really clean it in a parking lot or basically anywhere.

I ordered the products, and Justin sent me friendly e-​mails to help me learn how to use the products properly and to notify me of the shipping process. He went out of his way to ship the products to me via USPS because I have a PO BOX, and UPS can’t deliver it to a PO BOX. Justin personally texted me with his cellphone to update me and help me out. I really appreciated what he did.

I just used the tire shine on my wheels and the green on my car.
The green car wash smelled great first off. It really did the job easily. I did half of the car at first for comparison, and I was pretty amazed at how well it cleaned the car.
Usually, cleaning wheels are pain in the butt, but with that tire cleaner product, it honestly wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend these products because they’re just so easy to use, and it’s not messy at all. Highly recommended.

I reached out to Justin on a Friday for a detail and he was already booked for the day so he scheduled me for the next business day. He showed up with his team early and was very pleasant and had a smile on his face. The detail was finished quickly to my surprise and my car looked liked I had just purchased it. Justin reached out the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. I was treated like a value customer although this was my first time using his service. I will continue to get my car detailed with Justin and his team. They provide a great deal, quality work and excellent service.

I read great reviews on this service and was really excited to use them. I purchased a groupon for a full detail. I have called more times than I can count and left several messages. No response. I had groupon reach out and Groupon sent me a response saying that that they were able to reach them (so why the heck can’t I?) and that I should expect to hear back in three business days. Well it has been 3 business days and I have not heard back. Correct me if I am wrong but does it seem realistic to have to wait over a week just to talk to someone to schedule an appointment? Generally, it seems to me, that is someone wants to have their car detailed, it is usually something thy want to get done on a but of a realistic timeline and not a month from when they try to schedule. I can’t rate the actual job because I can not even get them to call me back. Horrible business.

I just had my disgusting mommy minivan thoroughly cleaned inside and out and you know how nasty they can be!
I mean, who has the time to go wait at Cactus or figure out a ride because you need to leave it. I was able to work from home and run with the dog and all the while they were in my driveway.
Justin is awesome and definitely takes pride in his business. He came out with his guys the very next morning after my phonecall to EAV where I live.

They’re quick, meticulous, and made my poor Subaru (that had 3 months of dirt/​wear on it including a cross-​country drive from California to Atlanta since it’s previous wash) look shiny and new.
The air freshener was a bit strong at first, but dissipated quickly for a nice, pleasant, clean car smell.
Every nook and cranny of the interior was wiped down and cleaned and the entire exterior was polished and beautiful.
Oh, and did I mention that Justin & his team come TO YOU?! So I was able to be inside my house cleaning and prepping for houseguests while my car was getting some much-​needed TLC in the driveway. Justin also offers the ability to pay (and tip!) via credit or debit card so you don’t have to worry about having cash on hand.
Simply put: if you’re using anyone else to detail your car, you are seriously missing out on the 5-​star, A+ service provided by Eco Auto Clean!

After a year of neglecting my baby, Justin and his team brought him (yes, my car is a «him») back to life. Not only did they take their time making sure that every surface — interior and exterior — was spotless, they were super-​friendly, on time, and professional. I love that they came to the house and for that, I’d happily pay the price. Over a month later and the wax job has held up nicely and the car still smells fresh :) Add the eco-​friendliness of the products and no water usage, and I am a repeat customer for as long as I live in the A.

The prices are great and the service provided is wonderful. I won’t be using anyone else. They are mobile and fast! If you don’t use them to get your car cleaned you are missing out!

Let me add to the accolades for Justin and Eco Auto Clean. I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the detail (waterless!). I am a «car person», driving a fairly high end black sedan that I try to keep spotless. I gave Justin a try after seeing the results of colleagues who would have their cars washed by Justin every week or two in our company’s parking lot. The results on my car after the first wash were amazing — the «sheen» and water spots that had been left on my car from previous car washes were gone and the paint restored to pretty much original condition. He did an incredible job on the interior as well. Justin is professional, meticulous and passionate about washing cars, and the results are absolutely fantastic. Can’t say enough good things, except to say «Thanks, Justin!» Looking forward to the next detail!
