Clean dining room and restroom. Michelle at the counter with a smile, ready to serve. I visited here yesterday afternoon following the Trump rally up the block at The Fox . Enjoyed a delicious turkey/cheese/something? sandwich.

Terrible service. So rude and the employees didn’t know what they were doing. They were yelling at each other with customers in the store.

This chain is never good but really… Over fifteen minutes’ wait for a bagel that’s barely warm?

This location has a serious customer service problem. They have repeatedly messed up my orders, and the staff is rude and consistently unapologetic. The quality of the bagels is average.

They cannot get an order right… but at least they take a really, really long time to get it wrong. ;-/ My visit before today they took 20 minutes to prepare my bagel… and when I got to work(late) I found they didn’t put the meat(that I’d paid extra for) on it. Gave them another try this morning. Again, after 15 minute wait, they got my order wrong(ordered egg whites; got yellow). While I was waiting, 3 other patrons complained of incorrect orders — no meat; not toasted; wrong bagel flavor). I’m done with this location. Forever.

Slow as molasses. Been sitting here for over 10 minutes and all I ordered was a bagel toasted with cream cheese… edited: oh and after that 10 minutes passed she calls me to the counter to tell me they are out of plain bagels. It took you 10 minutes to figure that out? My Lord. Do not come here if you are in a hurry.

I stop in here on occasions to get some breakfast when I go to my eye doctors. Every single time I come in here the employees seem completely unable to ring up a bagel not to mention extremely slow, unfriendly and never get your order right. In fact today when I went in here I stood in line for 15 minutes while five employees just ran around and didn’t help any customers that were standing in line. We all just kind of looked at each other like what the… Then a customer walks up cuts in front of all three of us, right up to the counter and an employee turns around and says«how can I help you?» Really? We have all been standing in line for 15 minutes and you help the customer that cut in front of all of us! Rude! Oh and let’s talk about the fact that I ordered my sandwich with no mayonnaise and what do I find smothered in my sandwich when I get five minutes down the road mayonnaise. $ 10 sandwich covered in mayonnaise I just wasted $ 10, like I mentioned before the people that work here are… You know what I’ll just stop there, I think we all know where I’m going with this.

They’re always so nice at this location. The manager is super friendly and my bagels samitches are on point. All eggy and cheesy and bacony and delicious, a great carb filled treat for the morning. Come here for lunch too! They’re lunch menu is great and I’ve never had to wait long for my lunch orders. The inside is super clean and cozy.

Extremely poorly managed, if managed at all. I got there at 630am and it was obvious they were not ready to open. It took 10min to prep a breakfast sandwich(I was only customer) and the eggs came out so hard, gross and spongy I would not order eggs here again, none of the individual booths were clean, employees were yelling across the restaurant to each other, complaining. What an awful display of customer service. Start over again please. I love einsteins and the 3 times I have come here its taken extremely long time to make a basic sandwich. Wow.

I’ve been to this location a few times, and so far it seems like a pretty solid Einstein’s. It’s much larger and the parking lot is definitely better than that crazy situation the 12 St location had(the one that closed a few months back). I have only gone early in the morning, so I’m not sure how much the parking lot fills up… But I have never had an issue in the morning. You can also drive around behind the shops to their second entrance.

I was very excited about the prospect of an Einsteins opening up literally next door to me. This location unfortunately has continued to disappoint on many occasions. The employees are generally very friendly, but with so many people working, even before 6AM when you’re one of 2 or 3 customers, it’s hard to understand how your order can be completely messed up on an almost regular basis.

BOYCOTT this Einsteins, the service is horrible, they treat their customers like crap, they screw up your order EVERYTIME, AND there is always a 20 plus minute wait for your food, if you’re the only on there or if the line is out the door.

The worst Einstein Brothers on the planet. They have ever not screwed my order up. 20 minute waits for your food. It’s quicker to walk to the 14th street location

There is plenty of parking right outside. The atmosphere of the whole place is great and very spacious. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. And the best part about it was the bagels! This was a great breakfast place to stop and enjoy on our vacation!

In Atlanta this week! Had to walk down here for a fresh hot breaky bagel. The 6 cheese is cheezylichous … With bacon egg n Chz.(thank goodness for cholesterol meds). I just couldn’t resist. These are by far hands down the best bagels in the country. Fresh and never chewy. Also got a $ 2 off any signature lunch offer good for $ 7 days on my receipt! Woo hooooo

Big fan of Einsteins Bagels. I live nearby and have visited this location more than 10 times over the past few months. Service is extremely hit or miss and at times the employees are outright rude. Customer service is nonexistent and staff members aimlessly walk around. I have never seen a manager and would be embarrassed to be the franchise owner of this location.

Always loved Einstein’s Bagels, but this location takes the medal. I was saddened when the location on 14th St closed. Then, I learned of this location just a couple blocks south. In contrast to the old location, the servers at this location are attentive and professional. The venue: The location is the largest I’ve seen in several states and also very comfortable with carpeted flooring in areas and padded booths. This is a great place for working on a laptop in the middle of Midtown. Very happy to see this place! The food: best bagels I’ve had outside the Jewish bagel shops in NYC. I recommend you to try the Nova Lox on an everything bagel. If you like a simple roasted coffee without having to learn a new language order it, try this coffee; it is much fresher tasting than Starbucks. Best part was parking. I always hesitate to drive in midtown because of parking, buttery have plenty of parking, 10 steps from the door.

Second time I have left w a coupon instead of with the food I ordered. They just can not get it right. A place that serves bagels should be able to make toast!

Fresh breakfast sammies! Awesomely friendly staff! Fast service. Clean space! Walking distance from our hotel. Will probably stop here a few times while we are in town this weekend.

It’s a clean, new, well run shop. There’s a deal where you buy their cup and coffee is $ 1 for all future visits, so take advantage of that!
