We e-​mailed twice & called twice. Finally we made an appointment for Thursday, October 15 @ 5 p.m. No one showed. At 5:15, we called to find out the status. The voice mail came on and we left a message. Today is Saturday and no one has called to apologize for standing us up or to reschedule.
