EZ One Price Cleaners

Only been here about 3 times thus far, but they’ve been awesome! Easy in and out, courteous employees and my clothes have come back looking great. This is my place until further notice :)

Better to spend a Little more money and get a real dry cleaner. All you can really say about them is it’s cheap.

The absolute WORST dry cleaners I’ve ever been to and I’d give zero stars if possible! They gave my expensive quilt to another customer who, thankfully, brought it back days later, but first led EZ staff to tell me that my quilt was lost. Then, they told me that they’d call me if/​when my comforter was brought back and failed to do so. I had to call back several times before learning of their error and that my quilt would be returned. When I finally did receive my quilt, almost 10 days after I was told it would be ready, it had small tears in it that had not been there previously and the manager (who’s a real smooth operator/​piece of work!) refused to give me a refund, despite all of the hassle (returning twice rather than once to get my quilt), damage to my quilt, and stress. While I was in the shop finally picking up my quilt, I also met another customer who told me that EZ had lost his suit pants and were being just as obnoxious to him. Pay the extra money and choose another dry cleaners. This establishment SUCKS!!!

It has been about two years going here with a heavy volume of dry cleaning & laundered shirts … never an issue! Quick turnaround and same quality I’ve received at other area dry cleaners that cost twice as much.

This dry cleaners shrunk my shirts even though I paid for dry cleaning. They ruined 200 dollars worth of clothes that no longer fit.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have ruined several expensive articles of clothing. For whatever reason it’s usually mens shirts, they break the buttons which are replaceable. This latest time they ruined 3 of my boyfriends shirts that are Armani, stone Rose and guess totally over $ 400. When I brought them in to address two of them again with broken buttons and one with a large hole, the owner explained that the reason why the buttons keep getting broken is because the shirts need to be «hand pressed» and the one that is ruined with a large hole in it is not possibly his fault. All of the shirts still have the dry cleaning tags on them– which prove they have not been worn. When I mentioned that his staff should know what shirts to «hand press» he said yes they should but in this case did not happen, he offered nothing other than to attempt to find similar buttons for two of the shirts. These shirts have speciality buttons that cannot be replaced. Also, he got very rude saying I should «ask my boyfriend now the shirt got a hole in it.» This place is cheap but you get what you pay for. I would rather pay for an extra $ 3 to not have my nice things ruined then try to save a buck. They have ruined several of my friends things as well, and I hope this review at least saves some of you from having stuff ruined or getting an attitude from an arrogant owner who will not own up to when his staff makes mistakes.

I am a physician and need my shirts dry cleaned on a weekly basis. I must say that this place is my safe heaven for getting my work clothes dry cleaned and pressed. So far, they have done an excellent job with all my clothing. The part I enjoy the most is how attentive and jovial the staff are. Most of them are Fully bilingual staff, and they love their job. Their enthusiasm is contagious and makes this for a happy place to go to. I will continue coming in for a great service at an amazing price!

I have an uneasy feeling every time I drop off my beloved dry clean only items here but ITS SO CHEAP. They’ve never lost an item of mine and it’s fast and friendly.
I always make sure I write down everything that was dropped off with the ticket in hopes they keep track. Been lucky so far and saved a ton of $$$.

EZ Price One Cleaners (worst name ever) lost my brand new $ 158 shirt.
Most all of my work clothes are dry clean only. Needless to say, that gets expensive quickly. For $ 1.99 for any article of clothing, I was thrilled when this popped up right by my place. The poorly designed parking lot is kind of a pain to deal with during rush hour. It’s pre-​pay when you drop off. Have it in by 9:00 AM and it will be ready by 5:00 the same day. I had been going here regularly since it opened, and had been completely happy with the cost and service.
Enter my most recent EZ Price One Cleaners experience. I dropped my clothes off on a Monday afternoon. I came back at 4:50 on Tuesday and was given a part of my dry cleaning back. I didn’t notice until I got home and realized I was missing half my clothes. I went back on Wednesday and they gave me the remaining articles of clothing, although oddly not bagged and rubber banded in sets of 5 like they normally do. Whatever. I went along my merry way until I noticed that they did not give back my brand new Tibi silk tank top. It’s an expensive shirt I’d worn once, so I wanted it back or paid for.
I went back in, dropped off more dry cleaning, and told the girl at the counter that they didn’t give me back my shirt. She told me she would get the manager on duty. I then witnessed her walk over to said manager on duty who proceeded in a yelling tirade of Spanish. Let’s just say that I remember enough Spanish from college and can interpret a person’s tone regardless of language that I could easily pick up that the dude was going off on the employee, about me, in front of me, in another language. He finally came up and asked me for my receipt for my missing shirt, which conveniently they had taken from me as a claim ticket when I picked up my clothes. I told him that it was a navy silk tank top and I would need it back ASAP. He begrudgingly went in search of it and emerged with a turquoise silk tank top. Hello! Turquoise is not navy, but good to know you have someone else’s lost tank top hanging out in the back of the shop. At this point I marched out.
A few days later, I came back to pick up my dropped off during the day of my altercation dry cleaning experience. I also came prepared with a printed picture of said missing top, complete with $ 158 price listed. This time I spoke with a different manager. He could not have been any nicer and more apologetic. I couldn’t even yell because he was so nice. He went and checked the back and returned with two black silk tank tops. Again, black is not navy. Also keep in mind that they have now offered me three lost shirts other than my own. How many articles of lost clothing live here??? He promised he would look through every article of clothing in the store and call me. It’s been a week. I’m still waiting.
All this said, you definitely get what you paid for, and possibly the added bonuses of being chewed out in a Spanish and not your clothes back as a consolation prize if you play your cards right. The search for my Tibi tank top is not over as far as I am concerned, and I will be getting my shirt or payment for my shirt before this is all said and done. I will NEVER take anything special or really expensive here again, but in all honesty I will probably continue to take basic work clothes here only after making a list and iPhone picture of everything I drop off. My theory is that even though they lost $ 158 worth of clothing, it still saved me money on all of the work clothes that I don’t care about.
Now about my shirt…

I would give Ez One Price Cleaners ZERO stars if I could. The fist couple of times I used them I was satisfied and I thought «Wow! Cheap, quick and good service!». That opinion did not last long.
My most recent experience on July 28^th 2014 was horrible. I dropped off about nineteen of my husband’s dress shirts to be laundered and pressed along with twelve other miscellaneous items to be dry cleaned.
When I picked up my order on July 31^st, I noticed a strange pair of white ladies’ linen pants along with my white linen pants. I promptly notified the attendant. She seemed very confused of my message «these are not my pants» and reluctantly took the stranger’s pants back.
After I got home I noticed my favorite white blouse was missing. I called the next day and spoke with a woman who tried to assist. She said she remembered an white blouse floating around the store and would research the matter and call me back. After 24 business hours I called again, since I heard from no one. I then spoke with Armando, the manager. He was apologetic and said he would research the matter and call me. I never heard back from Armando or anyone else. Ball dropped yet again.
I am a very busy person and don’t have time to chase down people who fail to do what they say they will do. I understand things get lost and people are human. I am not perfect either.
The fact that there was more than one chance to return a customer’s call to either resolve the issue or even to apologize disturbs me. Not the kind of place I will do business with again.
Aside from this hassle, a black linen skirt that was included with my recent order was dirty when I tried to wear it this morning. Even the seams were not pressed properly.
Bottom line… you get what you pay for. Save yourself the aggravation.

Awesome price and cleaning. .I take my jeans, shirts, and shirts there… They do a good job where my clothes always look new when I wear them… The manager is very customer focus if there is a problem he makes sure you satisfied. There are a ton of Dry cleaners on Roswell rd I’m surprised that still in business with this cleaners.

Worst Cleaners in Atlanta. They have lost my several articles of clothing and have ruined several items due to using dirty chemicals and the employees don’t know how to use the machines. Each time I have ben in there someone’s items were missing, lost and the Manager just claims that they were supposed to be there or someone else picked them up by mistake and the staff speaks to each other in Spanish. Really? I will never look for an inexpensive dry cleaner again. The old saying is correct «you get what you pay for» and clearly I paid less but had to pay more in the end to replace my items. I believe I have always been fair when rating an establishment and this is a true and fair rating. I even waited a month to calm down before writing it.

Extremely fast and a fair price — $ 1.99 for dry cleaning and $ 1.49 for laundered shirts.

I would give this place 2.5 stars. I’ve been taking my clothes here for 6 months now. This place is hit or miss with cleaning. I’ve had some items that were cleaned perfectly and others that still had the stain that I brought the item in for. One positive aspect (besides the price) is I’ve received very good customer service. I brought in a formal dress one time and they said they didn’t want to clean it because the fabric was a delicate chiffon and they didn’t want to damage it.
Tip: Make sure to look at your items when you pick them up. If something isn’t all the way clean they will clean it again at no cost.

Agree with several others. Have been using for several months. Felt they did not do the best job of cleaning but accepted it based on the reduced cost. Brought in a blouse from wife that she had worn once. It came back with stains and pulls. This showed me they did not clean it just tried to press and did not do a good job at that. The manager said they would fix it. When it was returned the stains were removed this time but the pulls were not fixed. When I questioned the manager again he said that they did not do it and it was my wife’s fault. Not sure how the story changed from when he said they would fix it the first time. Will not return, as with them damaging a fairly expensive piece the cost is no longer favorable.

All routine household tasks that I absolutely abhor. The last usually leads to a «to be drycleaned» pile that rivals my regular laundry basket, which leads to dry cleaning bills in the three digits. Thus enters EZ One Price Cleaners on Roswell Road. Instead of the $ 4 – 10 per lined/​silk/​specialty item my Midtown dry cleaners charges, here it is all, as their name suggests, one price of just $ 1.99. Sure, my cashmere sweaters don’t come folded around tissue paper, but they’re also only on the hanger for about a day. That’s because if you drop off items before 9am, they’re done by 5pm. It will be crowded around those peak times (even Buckhead Betties love a bargain), but the single line moves quickly across five or six cashier stations.
The parking lot is a little crazy, you have to prepay (credit cards accepted), and I don’t know if I would take anything too precious there to be cleaned. All of that being said, they do an a-​ok job at an «as good as it gets» price. I’d say that averages to a solid four star experience.

I too have been using this dry cleaner for months. I agree completely on what fellow Unilocaler Carol A. have posted. I have been happy all these months until few weeks ago a cardigan came back with one button broke slightly (not entirely visible) and the front have some areas that looked like they were scratched by something. My friend who lives nearby this cleaner went in and spoke to a gentleman named Enrique. Turns out Enrique is the manager and the boss of this shop. Instead of taking responsibility of something damaged in his dry cleaning facility, he came up with excuses like the owner (me) must have damaged it while wearing underneath a jacket and then cited the fabric must be defective to begin with after being told it was new, and even suggested to my friend to tell me to bring back to J. Crew to return it.
I was very disappointed after hearing what was transpired between him and my friend. I went there the following weekend, talked to Enrique very politely, letting him know he can’t just say the fabric is defective whenever an item is damaged at his facility. He kept asking if I have talked to J. Crew, I said that would be a joke because it is clearly not a defect problem. He insisted I brought the cardigan back to J.Crew.
I did! This week I took my cardigan to J. Crew and asked the staff there to tell me what was wrong. The staff pointed the area that was in question was damaged.
Of cos I know Enrique was being dishonest and tried not to take responsibility all along. That was a big character flaw there. For someone who does not have the integrity to just apologize but want to push the blame on fabric being defective? It is a shame! I have no kind words for businesses that have owners who have zero integrity and not man enough to own up the mistakes. That reminded me the same situation I was in a month ago with Buckhead Finest Car wash (time to write a review about that place too).
Anyway, glad I did not bring in my more expensive items there. Enrique should realized if he was forthcoming and honest to compensate for that damage, the most he has to pay is just $ 19.99 (10x the cost of the service). That really would not cover the actual cost of the cardigan. However, I will respect him and his business. Guess he thinks his integrity is just worth $ 19.99.

I’ve been using this dry cleaners for months now and they are great! The people who work here are so nice and friendly… they always have a smile on their face! When they say their price is $ 1.99-it’s TRUE (except for comforters and bedspreads-​those, I think, are $ 19.99). I was VERY hesitant at first. I thought this was just a «get you in the door price» and it’s NOT! Pieces are $ 1.99 f my DRESSES are this price! It’s crazy! I also must admit that I didn’t have high expectations (due to the low price) but I’ve been incredibly happy with EVERY item I’ve taken into this store. Stains have come out and every piece looks great when i get it home. Now, my husband comes here to get his shirts cleaned. He thought he had a great deal going at the dry cleaners in his building where he works but nothing can compare to these prices.
I’ve been so happy with this dry cleaner and I hope that you will give it a try because it really will save you money if you have a lot of dry cleaning!
Also, just a heads up. When you drop off your dry cleaning you pay then NOT when you pick up.

The problems with this dry cleaner might warrant a second look before you jump at the price. They tag the clothes with the type of hang tags that stores use to attach price tags, a plastic tab that can easily tear the clothes and is a pain to remove. And the shirts don’t come back as crisp and fresh looking as my other cleaner (across the street). They hang sweaters on the hanger rather than folding them over the hanger, so they tend to be stretched out. White knits are already turning dull, does not happen at my other cleaners. Also there is an upcharge for stains on clothes so if that happens it’s not any cheaper than the rest.
I wouldn’t take suits, or anything expensive to them, I think I am talking my self out of using them!

EZ Cleaners opened up back in November and Yes it is true most items are only a $ 1.99 to be cleaned men’s shirts are $ 1.49. I’ve used this place a couple of times now for my work uniforms and am satisfied with the work they have done.
In by 9 your items can be picked after 4 pm they don’t work on suede or leather but for this price who cares !
