History

Established in 2012.

We are Far East Dogs (FED), a group of four close friends who

share a love of food and passion for our Asian cultures.

We offer artisanal sausages with Asian flavors inspired by our

family and friends. Each sausage is uniquely seasoned and

hand-​stuffed by us using locally raised pork,

grass fed beef, and free range chicken.

I tried Far East Dogs for the first time at the Unilocal FYLA Finale at the Margaret Mitchell House and was very impressed. I tried two different dogs — the Chicken Teriyaki and the Pork Dumpling. Both were absolutely delicious. Not only were the sausages themselves great, but the toppings on each were incredibly unique and complimented the dogs well. The presentation was also beautiful, which is something I have never seen with a sausage before.
The Far East Dog staff were friendly, and great at answering questions about the ingredients and telling us a bit about their story and food.
I am looking forward to seeing more of these guys around town and trying out their different sausages!
