They didn’t have my chairs ready in seven days it took one month when I pick up my chairs the guy was rude and argumentative they didn’t have any of my spare materials left over they threw them all in the trash told the guy to go fuck himself I will never go back there again don’t answer their phone they don’t answer voicemails they don’t call you when your chair is ready and they mislead you when actually all there work is done off premises I wouldn’t leave this place any stars. They scratched the leg on my chair too fuck this place

This place reupholstered 5 cushions for me that went to two old wicker chairs /​ottoman we have. I had hoped to do the project myself but I don’t have much experience or available time so I ended up just bringing the fabric & cushions in here for a quote. For a reasonable price at last my sewing project was done just 4 days later! We still need to refinish the wicker chairs to a darker wood color & the now reupholstered canvas cushions will look great. I’ll post a picture once I have that finished. But overall the quality of their job seems great. Removable cushions with piping & zipper. And they paid attention to detail. Thank you fast & great upholstery.

Our sofa looks amazing! Holger was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my emails in a timely fashion and speaks very good English. Their price for reupholstering my sleeper sofa were very reasonable (I got several other estimates from reputable places) and pick up and delivery was fairly priced too. It took less than two weeks from the day I dropped off our fabric until the sofa was finished and delivered to my home. Our 15 year old Mitchell Gold for Restoration Hardware sleeper sofa looks brand new! Originally it had a slip cover which had stains and was worn from years of kid-​abuse. Now it is upholstered in a beautiful blue fabric and looks better than new. I highly recommend Fast & Great Upholstery. We will definitely use them again and again.

Fast & Great Upholstery was not fast or great. They told me the job would take 2 weeks. They ended up taking 2 months for what seemed to be a simple reupholstery of my chair. The first round on the reupholstery didn’t reflect what was requested, but they re-​did the job, no questions asked. The 2nd go-​around was better, but the final product lacks attention to detail — the seat cushion size is wider than the seat of the chair, the stitching is crooked, the seam of the piping is closed at odd areas. Finally, my chair was returned to me with new dents and scratches. Nice staff, but terrible follow through and the quality of their work definitely wasn’t worth the cost or hassle. I would not recommend this place.

Just got my sectional sofa back from them. It looks absolutely amazing! What a fabulous job they did. They told me I would get the sofa back within 7 to 10 days after pick up and i got it back on the 10th day. A great job done and perfectly on time.
I would highly recommend this place!
