While the firm likely will know more about the law, client opinions matter, and the firm is committed to giving each client the attention he or she deserves. The firm does not measure winning and losing solely on trial results. It measures winning and losing on such additional factors as cost to the client, stress on the client, future ramifications to the client, and client satisfaction.
