Everything was pleasant. They came out and installed 180 ft of privacy fence in four hours. I was surprised by the efficiency of the crew. The fence came out better than I expected. I would have given them 5 star’s but they changed my install date. Didn’t find out until I called the day of after I took the day off work. The people in the office have to communicate better. Besides that I love the finished product.

Overall we had a great experience with FenceWorks. Everything from the estimate, to the install, to a follow-​up install was handled within a week of my request. Josh came out to do the estimate on a rainy day, but was very friendly and made the estimate a simple process. Also, the estimate was one of the most reasonable prices I had found.
We scheduled the install of our pine privacy fence for a week later, and although we did have a few scheduling changes, we ended up getting the install on the originally planned day. The installers were quick and friendly, and the fence looks great. There was some miscommunication and the missed one small stretch of fence, but they came back to fix it within a week (and no one needed to be home).
Everyone was very courteous and friendly, and I definitely recommend FenceWorks!

Giving them a one star because we had them install our original fence and recently the neighbors tree fell on the fence and destroyed a good portion of the fence. After calling them multiple times we have yet to hear back from them. Customer service 101, call your customers back!

The fence that was original to my house when we purchased it was obviously a DIY fence by someone who had no business building a fence. It was only 2 years old and giving way, falling apart and leaning when we moved in. I knew I’d eventually have to replace the fence, but I put it off as long as possible, given fencing is expensive. I priced out three different fence companies that all came recommended by neighbors, and Fencworks was the lowest bid of the three (and recommended to me by a developer who has used them on multiple projects), so I went with them. Joe was a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate, all the way through to completion, keeping me updated on progress, construction date getting pushed (due to snowpacalypse 2014), to close out. I’m very pleased with the project, especially given I had a custom, sliding cantilevered gate installed to allow back alley access to my backyard. It’s awesome and rolls like butter.
Overall I’m very pleased with my new fence from fenceworks of GA, and would recommend anyone who needs a fence done to give them a call.

Gave them one star because after Dan came out to check out the job I never heard from them again. I even called the main number twice talked to a person and still no response from this company. Guess they didn’t need my money. Went with another company… really had no choice.

Since I’ve never had a fence installed on my own property, I was somewhat nervous about choosing the ‘right’ company. After I narrowed my choices down by BBB and other review sources, I called Fence Works, and Tim came out the next day. He was very helpful and informative, and I settled on 4′ high horse fence with two large double gates and one 4′ walk gate, all with galvanized wire backing so my two canine kids can’t wiggle out. A few weeks later, the crew came out at 10 a.m. and finished 160 ft. of installation by 4 p.m. A very neat and well-​built fence!

We recently had a great experience with Fence Works of Georgia. This was our first time having a fence installed and we had a number of «special» requirements for the install. We have dogs and wanted our fence in two connected sections. One section (4′) was around the patio in case a dog slips out of our glass patio door (a pass through area) and the other section is a full 6′ privacy fenced in yard for the dogs to play in. We also wanted chicken wire secured to the ground around the perimeter of the fence in case our dogs get dig happy. No problem they said!
I had two consults with Wally. In the first consult, we talked about the general plan. He had the estimate and plan to me exactly when he said he would. The price was very reasonable. We had a landscaping project completed first and I told Wally that I would contact him as soon as that was finished. No problem! In the meantime, I also had our land surveyed for peace of mind.
I insisted that we have a second walk through since a couple of weeks had passed, the landscaping was in place, and we knew all of our property lines. No problem! Wally even came out on a Sunday morning for the second walk through.
I was a bit disappointed when they had to reschedule our install (from Fri to Mon) due to them getting behind. But, it wasn’t the end of the world. A crew of 5 – 6 guys showed up around 10 AM that Monday and worked until 6 PM or so and completely finished the fence that same day. It was awesome! I worked from home that day and was able to spy on them periodically. They installed the fence like a well oiled machine. Towards the end they took great care to inspect everything. I really appreciated that. Oh and I should mention that they worked in the rain for several hours. Impressive.
Clean up was pretty good. I did find a handful of nails in various places throughout the yard, a couple of handfuls of papers from the chicken wire, and a few pieces of wood. That would be my only recommended improvement.
Payment was super easy. I simply called them with my credit card a day after the fence was installed.
I highly recommend these guys! You won’t be disappointed!
