At Flamingo Appliance Service, our technicians’ Job Description is simple: satisfy Customers. To assure their success, they spend over 100 hours annually in technical continuing education and Customer service training. We are a drug-​free workplace, and before joining our team, they must pass background checks, drive screening, and a rigorous personal interview with the owner of the company, himself a former technician and 30-​year veteran of the appliance service industry. You’ll notice the difference from the moment you first contact us. Our service reps are knowledgeable, solution-​oriented, and friendly. All speak English and Spanish fluently, and will work with you to coordinate a convenient service appointment. They work hand-​in-​hand with your technician, each with the authority– and responsibility– to, «do what it takes,» to make your service experience a pleasant one.

Established in 2007.

Our technicians’ Job Description is simple: satisfy Customers. We run over 600 calls a day with a fleet of 75 vehicles. We currently operate in all of South Florida and Atlanta, Georgia and strive to «do what it takes,» to make our Customer’s service experience a pleasant one. To assure our technicians’ success, we spend over 100 hours annually in technical continuing education and Customer service training. All of our technicians are subject to a drug, background, and driving screening test. We are a Whirlpool Factory Certified Company and have been awarded the Division 1 Gold 2014 Quality of Service Heroes Award for the year 2013.

Meet the Business Owner

Dan M.

Business Owner

Dan spent almost 20 years with a multinational appliance manufacture. His father was a technician and a business owner himself. Dan started his career as a technician in his teens and held many positions within the industry after that. He was a trainer, an international service manager, sales account manager, and analyst among other things. His broad experience and perspective into the industry allowed him to establish Flamingo Appliance Service with a mission to change the way the industry is seen. Flamingo is a family run operation that has grown from a one technician operation to an over 70 fleet organization servicing south Florida and Georgia.
