We still continue to be very unhappy with the work done by Flooring Design Group. It turns out the the tile jobs they didn’t weren’t sealed and after many phone calls, they came out to seal the tile jobs and repair some sloppy work. Then at almost the year mark after we moved in, I called as chunks of grout were coming of the shower floor in the master bathroom. They sent someone out who just filled in the grout. I asked him if this would happen again as it didn’t seem like the correct solution to the problem. He assured me that this would solve the problem. Of course, we have chunks of grout coming out again. We moved in 27 months ago. Once again, wouldn’t recommend. The work and repairs are terrible.

Agree with first review. We also worked with Dionne and experienced terrible customer service. We were pinned into selections we were unhappy with because the builder was putting pressure on us(understandably, he had a house to finish and a closing date to uphold) but Dionne was less than motivated to help. She ignored emails and phone calls and when she would respond she wouldn’t answer the question(s) completely. Dionne gave us false information about the carpet we were pinned into getting as well. She said the material was of high integrity. Less than a year later I had someone from the company come to view the wear on the carpet. He admitted that it looked bad but said it was not unexpected from this level. The company would not accommodate to correct despite the misleading from their own representative.
