I had the most horrible experience with David. He was unresponsive, missed multiple of my business filings and remained unresponsive after numerous emails, messages with his secretary and voicemails. It took me months and a lot of money to fix the mess that he made of my business taxes.
In my opinion, I would not recommend David Floyd to anybody that wants an effective CPA.
