Geekatoo Tech Support

I’ve used Geekatoo for two major jobs since July 2015, and I’ve been highly satisfied with their work. The first job was setting up a new TV, all-​in-​one remote control, sound system, printer, router, moving/​re-​setting up an older TV — and the Atlanta geek they gave me, Chris, was excellent. As part of that service package/​pricing, I paid a little more and got their Platinum Plan, which provides unlimited remote access tech help for a year — what a smart decision!
I’m on a four-​year-​old Mac and finally decided to upgrade my OS to El Capitan, Mac’s latest OS. I’m in no way a techie and knew not try it alone, so I contacted Geekatoo with my Platinum Plan number, and they did the upgrade — which is pretty complicated and lengthy — with no problems; all my files seem to be in great working order. That also necessitated dumping my old Mac Entourage email and switching to Outlook, which was also complicated and fairly lengthy — again, Geekatoo did a fine job. It required a call back by me two days later, but they were nice as could be about that — and fixed that problem as well.
If you’re a non-​techie, I would DEFINITELY recommend Geekatoo, whether you want a techie to come to you, or you use their remote access service (which puts you on the phone with a techie and uses TeamViewer, so the techie controls your computer while he/​she does the work).

Just chatted with these guys online… they told me to go to a local store. I have a virus on my laptop and need memory. Thought it was funny because their website tells you to choose them instead of Geek Squad. I guess I’m going to Best Buy now…

Chris with Geekatoo saved my butt. Spammers pretending to be Microsoft (which I had just ended an online repair session) They locked me out when I refused to pay their ransom of $ 250.00.
Chris was able to use a software tool to find the password they placed on my laptop. LIFESAVER! I will definitely use them again. WARNING! there is something going on with the hackers & Microsoft. I have received phone calls after ending a support call with Microsoft.
Do not call Microsoft, Use Geekatoo. Nothing better than dealing with someone I can trust & who has a grasp of the English language.

I have been a loyal GeekSquad customer for 10 years. After being on hold 1 hour and 15 min only to be told that I would have to wait 4 days before a tech could come to my house, I decided to search for an alternative. I found Geekatoo. The tech arrived less than 24hrs later. He listened. He asked the right questions. He fixed problem AND another problem I had for 2 months. I am switching to Geekatoo.
