Great American Cookies

My little sister absolutely loves their sugar cookies, ever time we go near the mall she begs us to take her to this place, it’s pretty awesome.

I used the Great American Cookies store at Cumberland Mall for the first time yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased. Our boss’s birthday was today and yesterday, my coworkers and I decided to get him a cookie cake for his birthday. I knew it would be a time crunch so I called immediately to the Cumberland Mall store since that was the closest to us (and I live down the street from the mall as well) to see if they could get a cookie cake put together for us in just a couple of hours. I placed my call around 4:15 or so, and I asked them if they could have it ready by 6 p.m. I spoke to T (yep, that is his real name) and he was incredibly courteous, customer-​service oriented, and very accommodating. My coworkers had a difficult time deciding on a design, and we changed the order a couple of times while I was on the phone with T. He took it all in stride and was able to confirm my order with me and promised he’d have it ready by the time I arrived. When I got there, it was ready and looked terrific! Everyone I dealt with in the store was very kind, courteous and friendly. I told T how much I appreciated it and he told me he was in training for management. I told him that if he continued to treat customers as he did me, he would be on the fast track. He even gave me tips on how to keep the cookie cake fresh until the next day. It was exactly what we wanted and the boss loved it! Everyone enjoyed a little bit, and it was delicious, right down to the icing! These guys are top notch and will go out of their way to please a customer. Very, very happy with the service — and again, T was fabulous!
