This is legitimately one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hardees(or any fast food chain) ever. I’m writing in hopes that management reads this. For 16.00 for two meals, this is absurd. We ordered and were asked to pull up and wait. We were also asked to honk at the car in front of us, so that he would move up and make room for us… This is the south, honking is rude. After the man in front of us pulled up and made some room. We waited 5 – 7 minutes, and our food was finally walked to our window. No one asked if we wanted condiments, ketchup, etc… so when we pulled in the parking lot to check our order, my husband went inside to get ketchup where he waited for 2 mins before anyone acknowledged him at the counter and then finally the same woman who walked our food out gave him 5 dirty, sticky, disgusting ketchup packets. Our burgers were okay, although on the cold side, and on mine was the bitter spine of an iceberg lettuce. The fries were SUPER cold and wilty, and to top it off, our diet dr. Peppers tasted the same way that ice does when it’s sat, neglected for 6 months in your freezer. I’m dumbfounded as to why we waited to have cold, old, subpar food delivered to our car. I’d rather eat packing peanuts than eat at this hardees ever again… and that kills me, because a good hardees burger is a childhood memory for me, and this is one of the only ones on this side of Atlanta.

I’ve been a hardees fan ever since I live in Maryland finally found one here in Atlanta I like it alot it’s no five guys or smash burger but for fast food is good choice and now the upgrade to fresh buns just tried to Philly sandwich today probably with excellent choice so yes I will stop by frequently
