I absolutely love the Haynes House! The Staff and Maintence Team Rock!!! Everybody is very friendly, including the residents. The personality of the Haynes House says Southern Hospitality with City Perks!

Looked at every apartment to possibly live in in Buckhead and picked the Haynes House because it stood out for many different reasons. GREAT place for if you want to have greenery and live in the city. Wonderful neighborhood to walk in behind the building. Super safe. Maintenance and staff are on top of it and always take care of your needs. Parking is AMAZING and super pet friendly! We are VERY happy here and would recommend the Haynes House 100%!

I moved here about 4 months ago from Midtown. This was the first property I looked at when I started my search. I went to a lot of other properties while searching. I came back here 4 – 5 times before deciding. Each time the staff graciously showed me more units.
I finally made my choice to move to The Haynes House.
It was a great decision for me to choose this location. I have 0 complaints!

Can’t ask for a better location. 5 min from Midtown, 5 min from Buckhead. The property is perfect. Walls are thick enough to avoid hearing neighbors, and the salt water pool is the perfect ending to every day. I walk to Publix, Ace Hardware, and Whitehall Tavern right across the street. The biggest seller for me was the height of the deck. Because I have a truck, I can’t park in many of the high rises around Atlanta, but deck here is huge. Such a big fan of living here.
