Hertz Rent A Car

Best experience I have ever had with a rental car company — blows Enterprise out of the water! After a long day of traveling and dealing with rude and disgruntled airport employees, we arrived at the Hertz desk to see an enormously long line — all the self-​check-​in kiosks were down. My partner and I were crestfallen — all we wanted to do was get our car and get out of there! However, much to our surprise, the line moved incredibly quickly. Niki, one of the Hertz employees, took time to talk to each person in the line, explain why the line was so long, and sincerely apologized for the wait. We were then helped by Shawna, who was friendly, professional, and efficient. Niki and Shawna were rays of light in an otherwise frustrating travel experience. Will absolutely be using Hertz again in the future!

Flew in to Atlanta airport on ¹¹⁄₁₄ from St Louis, MO, went to the Hertz car rental to pickup our car, my brother lost his wallet somewhere in the vicinity! We made numerous calls to the airport to no avail! When we returned the car ¹¹⁄₁₆ my brother decided to just check Hertz’s lost and found! The wallet was there with everything in it, cash, credit cards and I’d! Thank you to the great, honest workers at Hertz!
