Huff Furniture

I bought some furniture from this store needless to say I regret. It’s been months I still don’t have some piece. I keep calling and different person takes my info saying they will take care it but nobody follows throw. I get way better treatment buying a $ 1 sandwich at MacDonald. At this point I am sorry to say if I ever will get my item. I don’t what my next step is. Someone please advise me should I just leave it to god! I just can’t believe it. I am so naïve I waited for it today because someone told me it would be here and I would get a call to pick it up. But the store is closed no one ever call me to tell me it’s here or it’s delayed. To make matters worst I am moving in a couple of days to another state. I will update on my miss treatment as it folds
it’s been almost 4 month and suppose to be here 3 month ago.
Never got 1 call telling me why it’s late or an apology or an update
I have to call every time to get an update, a couple of time they just hanged up the phone

I would classify the furniture in here as modern with a touch of weird. If we all lived in The Nightmare Before Christmas this is what I picture everyone’s furniture would look like.

I recently bought a mattress from the W Hotel store– oh yeahhhhh– and I didn’t know who would be delivering it to me until Mr. Huff called me up to set up a time for delivery. He was fabulous to deal with. He called me up to let me know when the mattress should be arriving at his store and when it did arrive, to set up a time. He worked with my schedule instead of me having to work with his. He also was friendly as hell. This is the type of person you want to do business with. From the pictures his furniture looks slightly more mod, but I would gladly give this man my business over many others. He knows what true customer service is.
