I’d been using another Atlanta home delivery service since I can no longer carry large or heavy items, particularly to my third-floor apartment, but when they recently refused to deliver after charging my credit card, then stopped communicating with me, I decided to try to find somewhere better. Fortunately, I found Insta-Cart. Insta-Cart gave me a definite delivery time within a one-hour range; when they thought they’d be a half hour late, they even notified me with apologies(as it ended up, they weren’t even late). Compare that to my old service, which often took 12 hours to deliver with no definite time given! Insta-Cart was also polite and friendly, a great change from the Atlanta home delivery service I’d been using, which was surly and rude and made me feel somewhat threatened when they were in my home; Insta-Cart uses delightful people you’ll be glad to work with; they are actually glad for your business. You can also choose which grocery store you want delivery from; you can even use Costco, despite not having a Costco card, as well as Publix, Kroger, and Whole Foods(even Petco– I guess that’s groceries for animals!) For each grocery store, there are up to 100 or more alternatives in most categories(produce, dairy and eggs, snacks, etc. – over 10 categories) including organic and low-fat options, much more than in any other delivery service I’ve seen. As with all grocery delivery services, items cost more than they do in the store, but if you don’t have the mobility or the time it’s a lifesaver. Insta-Cart is a bit higher than the service I was using before, but the reliability, range of choices, and service make Insta-Cart *so* worth it. I’m just so pleased that I found them and will continue to use them monthly.
