My laptop with all my business information broke! I called John and he had it fixed and back to me same day with new antivirus software. The fee was not what I expected. I’m used to being taken advantage of in emergency situations. I recommend Interactive Business Technologies for great service at a decent price.

I needed a phone line moved from the first floor to the third. After the local phone company came out and spent three hours unsuccessfully pulling dial tone to the third floor, I called Interactive Business Technologies. John was friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time as promised and was able to diagnose the problem, run a new line and have dial tone for the workstation moving between floors in an hour. Fantastic service!
