HORRIBLE! Honestly, I would give this agency 0 stars if I could. My husband and I moved to Atlanta from Chicago. When we started looking for homes, we came across a foreclosure that was listed by Janet Bond and her team. This is where the nightmare began. We made several offers that they barely responded to, they blamed the bank for their lack of communication with us, they refused to disclose documents even though our contract (and the real estate licensing laws of Georgia) stated that they had to disclose everything they had. Additionally, they lied to us on multiple occasions about things that they said they had taken care of; but that we later found out they did not. These things ended up costing us valuable time and MONEY and they were unapologetic about all of it. Lastly, the Realtor and her team was rude to our agent and tried to get us to pay extra money for their mistakes at our closing. We had to write 2 detailed emails to their managing broker just to get to a point where they would respond to our emails.
This agency is a case study in how NOT to run a business. Run, don’t walk, away from this place. Trust me — you’ll save yourselves a headache, time and money.
