History

Established in 1986.

With 20 years of experience in dispute resolution as an arbitrator and mediator as well as an active practice of law for almost 40 years I have a solid background in contracts, employment, family and business law and litigation. I have used facilitative, evaluative and transformative styles of mediation as well as a combination of styles to help parties resolve their differences without going to trial. If your dispute can not be resolved by mediation, I have been the sole arbitrator or chaired arbitration panels deciding issues as varied as employment disputes, securities issues, commissions, investments, and business agreements. My law practice dealt with executive contracts, severance agreements, trade secrets and non-​compete provisions and litigating discrimination, termination, disciplinary and wage and hour cases at both the trial and appellate levels family issues, non-​compete agreements, contracts, education issues, family law, divorce, child custody and support issues.
