So mediocre. It’s as if someone threw some random ingredients on a board and tried to make them work together. The Green Smoothie tastes like lemons with an icky spinach after taste. The Blue Chocolatta tastes like mud. I’m really unsure why you would want to mix blueberries with chocolate, and I should have known better. Dammit! In any case, will not be returning here… sorry.

Juice Bar is located near Publix and a pet store. Staff were quite pleasant here, offering samples. The produce used to make juices and smoothies is noted to be ‘organic when possible.’ It would be nice to know what that means, meaning which items, if any were organic. Store is clean, somewhat sparsely decorated and stocked, but the place has a good vibe. Juices seemed reasonably priced, high, but that’s expected for healthy items.

This place is good but $$ for juice or a smoothie. I came in with a Buy 1 Get 116 oz. juice or smoothie. The guy who was working the counter was super nice and gave us some recommendations for his favorite items on the menu so we got The Doc and The Green Smoothie. –Green Smoothie: Pretty good! It contained spinach, kale, pineapple, banana, lemon, and apple. I love green juices and smoothies so this definitely made me want to try their green juices too. –The Doc: Spinach, kale, chard, ginger, mint, strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries, bananas, spirulina, and probiotics. This had a very different and interesting taste. It wasn’t as sweet or as enjoyable to drink, but definitely felt like I was being healthy with all the different things in this smoothie. This place is awesome and kid friendly with a little tiny table and a chalkboard wall. But the price would just drain my wallet for $ 5 – 6 juice or a $ 7 – 9 smoothie. I would probably come here once every few months or with another coupon.

So it wasn’t bad, it just was really expensive. The staff was really nice and helps me choose my drink concoction. The problem is that even though they have fresh fruit, they told me hat a lot of it was not sweet. They tried to get me to order a drink with pineapple or apple juice in it, and I didn’t want either. My berry drink was bitter which kind of sucked. It was also expensive. It would have been nice to get to sample a drink beforehand.

Great way to get an energy boost without coffee. Smoothies taste great and are packed with a ton of great ingredients. I try to stop by after work on the way home. The strawberry smoothie is my favorite with a shot of wheat grass for that extra boost.

I went in to redeem a deal for Juice Bar via Scout Mob. I was instantly drawn to the earthy décor and the staff at the front greeted me immediately. When I said it as my first time, I got a full overview of the menu and business. I did notice the prices are a bit higher than other juice/smoothie bars, so if price is a big factor for you keep that in mind(they should get a rewards program). Overall, I loved my cocoa banana smoothie and the kale salad was DELICIOUS! I’ll be back, if only for that delightful salad. Free wifi and an app with pre-pay is available.

I haven’t tried as many juice places around Atlanta as elsewhere, mostly since I’ve felt the green/healthy lifestyle is being fairly milked here. I get it, fruits and veg of the organic variety do not come cheap, and Juice Bar may not be exempt from that standard, but smoothies generally are pricey, so I guess I’ll let it slide since their smoothies seem to be soo good. I certainly wouldn’t be able to find this a sustainable drop in if I lived nearby, but it’s absolutely great for a pick me up. I’m always pretty pleased with juice shops when the first thing that hits you past their doors is the smell of fresh fruit and veg from the juicer. The lady at the counter was super nice and told us some of the crowd favs. so we picked the Mint to Be. Granted the whole menu looked like it’d be very good. Mint to Be, as the name would imply, has mint leaves in it. It’s not entirely subtle and no it doesn’t taste like tooth paste or something. It’s just downright delicious. So yeah, I’d definitely say go for it. There are a few others I’d hope to try if ever back in the area too. Other notes, their fridge felt kinda bare, but could have just been late day. Really liked the décor, It was warm and earthy from the wood tones. The layout and atmosphere would make it a decent place to just take a breather.

My smoothie was really good, but pricey. With one add-in I paid nearly $ 10 for a small(16 oz). Despite the priciness, I plan to go back because I don’t want my initial impression to be a lasting one. When I walked in I got a flat«hi» before the young lady at the counter went back to counting money. After she rung me up, she passed off the order to a guy in the back so she could finish«counting the drawer.» No «thanks, it’ll be up shortly,» she just went back to her task. I felt like I was an unpleasant interruption. While waiting, I noticed two male, suit and tie types come in. One comes near the counter on his way to the restroom, or wherever, and her face cheers up, when she gives him a «Hello! How are you?» She even greeted him as he walked off. He didn’t order diddly squat, but sat at a table with the other guy. When the nice guy who made my smoothie brought it to the counter, I figured I give the lady one more chance to be pleasant. I fiddled around pushing in my straw taking way more time than needed hoping she’d say«enjoy. thanks!» or anything. Nope. She kept doing what she was doing. Feeling slighted, I gave her a dry«thanks» and walked off. I didn’t want her to jump through rings of fire or bend over backwards giving«great service,» I just wanted to feel welcome. Instead I left feeling slighted and wishing there was another juice spot nearby. I’m not being overly sensitive either. I just found this a stark contrast to my Roots Juices(Shoppes near Lenox) visit a few days earlier. Not only was the guy super nice, he was giving us juice samples while we waited and my organic smoothie was only $ 8. Just sayin.

I’ve been on a juice kick for the past few months. Running around to different juice stores and trying to find the place for me. I Love Juice Bar has deliciously pressed juices, smoothies, healthy shots and cleanses. I’ve been here multiple times and I love that everything is fresh squeezed daily. If they run out, they squeeze more juice right in front of you. I haven’t ventured out past the Sweet Greens but I’m pretty sure everything else is delicious. You can also make your own mixture fresh juice. They sell juice by the ounce. I’ve bought an entire container(64oz) before and drank it over 3 days. Their prices are a bit cheaper for fresh pressed juice compared to some of the places I’ve been.

Juice Bar is located within the Toco Hills shopping plaza to the right of the Pet Supermarket and Publix. Juice Bar is a nice cozy joint to grab fresh drinks such as juices and smoothies. They also serve salads, protein bars, and other healthy items that are all freshly made. DRINKS I heard about this from a friend and went here after the gym for a smoothie. So this review is solely for the SMOOTHIEMENU. They have a lot of add-ons(chia seeds, plant protein, hemp seeds, plant-based protein, bee pollen, flax seeds, probiotics and spirulina) for just $ 1. You can also mix your own or choose from the 9 flavors. I ordered the Large(24oz) Blueberry Chocolate(cocoa powder/almond butter/blueberries/banana/coconut milk) with Plant Protein added. The menu states«Whey Protein» but they’re in the process of getting it fixed. The drink was ~$ 10-ish with tax. It was tasty, but I definitely liked what my friend ordered, which was the Mint to Be. All drinks vary in pricing. SERVICE Very friendly staff! All smiles and greets upon entering and when leaving. Drinks were made within a reasonable amount of time(less than 5mins). WEBSITE

I missed Juice Bar’s grand opening celebration, but was thankful I had the opportunity to visit within their first 2 weeks of operation. By the sound of their history, the owners have other locations around 8 states. I drove around the Toco Hills plaza a couple of times, but couldn’t find the place initially. Juice Bar has a lovely map on their website: basically once you locate Publix, you’ll see JB situated next door on the right. They are full supporters of raw and organic products, and their open-display fridge has a small selection of raw, organic cacao truffles and salads to-go. Plus, they offer the delicious and local, Octane Coffee! So far, I’ve tried their«Orange you Smooth» smoothie(carrot, apple, pineapple, ginger, lemon, mint) in their smallest size(16 oz). It definitely woke up my palate, and it was so scrumptious! I’ve been waiting for a legit fruit AND veggie juice & smoothie shoppe within the Emory area, and my wish has finally been granted. Though, the proximity to me may be a problem. But a good problem it will be, as I look forward to trying their other menu items!
