Lets just say this — unprofessional, dented my wall, ripped two box springs„ many scratched items, complaining — tried to contact mgmt about these things and try to get reimbursed and my wall fixed — one response stating they would be scheduling something for next week — haven’t heard anything in a month. And then to add insult to injury they didn’t even move all of my items. Will never use this company again and looking into legal representation regarding my damaged goods.

I have used these movers twice.
Allen and his associates are very courteous and nice! They communicated with me through the entire move.
I have had two different sets of movers, but all of the guys were very professional, reliable, ON TIME, and even reported breaks.
I had a very difficult move today as we moved down from 3^rd floor back onto a 3^rd floor, and they got the job done with no problem.
Their pricing is also very reasonable for guys who come to get the job done no questions asked. They also wrap and tape your items to prevent losses or damage.
I really appreciate all of the hard work!
I will continue to use this company.

I am reposting this review since Unilocal’s algorithm seems to think it’s an «unrecommended» one and has essentially hidden my review of this company’s service. The owner responded to my original review, if you’re interested to see how they handle customer service you can find the original under reviews currently not recommended, along with another consumer’s review, very similar to my own.
«We hired K&K Moving Solutions to help us move to our new home on a Saturday. Originally we did not plan to have them move our flat screen TV, however, one of the movers offered to move it and said it would be padded and secured properly in the truck. It was not until Sunday evening, when we first had a chance to turn the TV on, that we realized the screen had been hit and the LED was shattered. This was ONLY visible when the TV was turned ON. An obvious blunt hit. We had barely been home after the movers left Saturday and throughout Sunday, since we still had stuff in the old apartment that needed to be moved and cleaned. The moment we realized it was broken, we contacted them about it. Their response was that my boyfriend was the one who’d unwrapped it, and that due to the „questionable circumstances“, were unable to claim responsibility for the TV. In her email stating what happened, the owner failed to mention that one of the movers, Sean, offered to move it and that he also said he only had 2.5 hours of sleep the night before, and that the other mover, T.C., who was driving the truck, ran over a large piece of wooden debris in the road on the way to the new house. Though it looked like Sean was the more experienced mover and was directing T.C., I noticed T.C. was clumsy and bumped our furniture and belongings against the walls and door frames several times from the apartment, to the elevator, to the hallway, to the truck, and then finally into the new house. Their previous job had run over an hour late, so we had overworked movers with one exhausted from lack of sleep and the other inexperienced and clumsy (both moving and driving). I did not see how they carried and loaded the TV from the apartment to the truck, or how they secured it. The owner’s email also stated the movers found the TV in the kitchen among miscellaneous items including empty boxes. Empty boxes and a bunch of newspaper scraps were all that were on the kitchen floor near the TV. We were actually watching TV that morning before unplugging it and placing it there, so it would be out of the mover’s way. The owner was very short with me over the phone and frankly was not very polite or professional. They also only accept payment in cash. It is clear the TV was damaged sometime during the move, most likely while it was in the truck, yet the owner is blatantly trying to refuse responsibility and even welcomed us to file a civil suit against them!»

This guys were great and extremely professional. They were able to help me out at the last minute when another moving company were a no show. When they arrived to my house they got straight to work. The carefully wrapped and protected EVERYTHING. On my moving day it was almost 100 degrees outside, these guys still worked diligently and didn’t waste any time. I was extremely appreciative for the work that they did. I couldn’t have done it without them.

Found this company on CL and spoke with Allen. I had a horrible experience with two previous moving companies so I was skeptical of claims made in reference to their services. However, Allen made me feel a bit comfortable, so after shopping around I decided to go with K&K and I am SO GLAD I did. The 3 guys arrived within the specified time window and immediately got to work. I moved from an apartment and storage unit into a house. So that’s two stops. I was stressed out wondering if this was gonna take a long time and if they would «run up the tab» since I paid by the hour. Nope not at all. They worked fast and efficient and everything arrived in my house without damage. These guys took good care of my things, wrapped things up and packed the truck flawlessly. It was clear that they have been doing this for years, they were physically strong, knowledgeable and really good guys. I am beyond happy with this company and would recommend them to friends and family. The price and quality of service is great!
