Pleased with services we received at the Dunwoody location. Unfortunately, they have recently relocated without notice of the new location and now we’re forced to find another salon.

I met the staff from kiddie Kuts at an Atlanta parents magazine festival. They seemed very friendly and professional. They were giving out coupons for a $ 5 cut. I told them I would come by on Tuesday morning. The business card they gave me didn’t have an address or phone number on it. When I arrived t 10 am, they were closed. I walked around the shopping center with my 2 year old and came back at 10:30 and then at 11. All three times I knocked on the door, rang the bell several times and also called the number on the door. At 11, it was past the opportunity for my 2 year old and I left. I called later, around 3 pm and they told me they were doing inventory in the back. I asked them why they didn’t put a sign on the door, or answer the phone during business hours. The lady just kept saying they were in the back. Not very apologetically. I asked if they would do anything for me, for my wasted time and they said– well you have that $ 5 coupon. In my opinion, if they had spent an extra $ 5 and offered me a free haircut, I would have gone back. Now I will not. Clearly, they do not know customer service, or how much it costs a business to acquire new customers.

Absolutely do not bring your child here. Theses reviews are no lie. At first, Patrice was ok. She explained the process since we were visiting for the first time. I picked out a style for my child and thought we would be fine. My child comes out and her hair did not look like the style at all. Patrice then unleashed major attitude saying that she(Patrice) decided to do another style without consulting with me. When I asked her about re-doing the hair, she really was not pleasant. I should have listened to the reviews!!! Never again!!!

I guess someone decided to delete my review; I am not sure how that was done, however I am reposting because ALL reviews good and opportunities for improvement should be shown. So please see my post from 10/15/2011 that I have cut and paste below Search Reviews Recent Reviews1 Review Sort by: Date Filter by: Location Category 4719 Ashford Dunwoody Rd Atlanta, GA30338 (770) 399‑5437 Kiddie Kuts Salon For Kids Categories: Barbers, Hair Salons 10/15/2011 I so wanted this to be a good experience for my daughter. She enjoyed the esthetics of the salon… She would because it is tailored to kids, bright colors, snacks. I took my daughter to have her hair pressed and was met by someone who had not combed her own hair(first sign). I observed several teenage looking staff members and I inquired about the certification and was there an adult around. The person stared at me first and said she was and some of the ‘assistants’ were not, but she assured me they had been in business 15 years and I would be satisfied. I picked up my daughter only to find that her hair was greasy, half pressed, smelling burnt, but nonetheless adorned with a cute bow. She asked me if I liked it. Really?! Never again. Very disappointed, but for a salon that offers sew-ins for children I’m not sure what to think. To the owner, whomever you are please check your Atlanta location, I like your intent and obviously you provide good service maybe at your other locations… There is a serious disconnect here. .
